Excellent quality food and service. Very attentive staff. Whimsical ancient ruines decor might not be everyone's cup of tea, but personally I love the fun character of the place.

The best . I have no words to describe the experience. I ate sea bass , was amazing and you need to ask for baklava, it s fresh and it is homemade and I bet you didn't eat nothing better than this. Very nice customer service , smiling and happy .

Great customer service. You pay a little extra but extremely generous portions. Definitely worth it. Food was Great. I'll go again

The best place we have been. The food was amazing, we didn’t wait long and the portions were big. The staff was very friendly. They made us feeling very welcome and Tumba was lovely, kind and made us feeling very welcome. Definitely we will go back again. Thank you Pamukkale for making our evening great.

Really disappointing. We saw the reviews and thought it would be nice to order a takeaway from here. I ordered with a delivery time. I arrived 10 minutes early thinking I might get a drink first only to find out that my order was ready. Straight away alarm bells were ringing. How long had the food been sitting there? Still I thought we shall see.I had stipulated that as one of us was vegetarian that the meat and veg be kept separate. It only took 5 minutes to get home, to find the food was luke warm at best.We had ordered two sharing platters which should of been enough for four persons. It wasn’t enough for two! There were only two meat kebabs, four chicken wings, three ribs (hardly any meat on), two squid rings, four tiny baklava and a pudding that was disgusting. Not only that when my wife bit into the meat kebab it was raw! I enclose a picture as evidence. After that the meal went in the bin.I did call and email several times, but no one bother to contact me. Eventually I did a visa dispute and was reimbursed by visa.Funny the next day I got two calls from the restaurant asking why I hadn’t paid. All in all I would recommend you stay well away.

There have been a few Turkish restaurants open over the past couple of years in Northampton, so we thought it was about time we visited one. We booked a table online for a Saturday evening and had a very warm welcome when we walked in. It was quite busy but we still had a good choice of tables to sit at. The decor was unique and the whole restaurant was clean and tidy. I chose the TAVUK GUVEC / CHICKEN CASSEROLE,A traditional slow cooked casserole containing diced cubes of chicken with mushrooms, onion, peppers, cooked in a authentic tomato sauce, served with rice. My wife had the YOGURTLU TAVUK SIS / CHICKEN SHISH WITH YOGHURT, diced breast of chicken charcoal grilled on skewers & croutons topped with yoghurt, fresh tomato & butter sauce, served with rice. The food was freshly cooked, extremely tasty and arrived in ideal time. We didn't have desserts as the mains were very filling and the complimentary breads with dips as a starter and the limoncello after was a nice touch. The staff were very friendly, helpful and you could tell the owner was very proud of what he had achieved. The bill came to £55.55, including the two mains and 2 glasses of wine. Also included was a 10% service charge, which is a personal annoyance of mine when there are only two people dining. Overall I would have given 5 stars, but loses one star for the service charge. We will be back, hopefully then the service charge has been dropped.

A group of 7 of us had booked here for pre-theatre dinner and it didn’t disappoint!!I had decided to book in advance as my instinct thought it would be best and I’m so glad I did because within 5-10 minutes of being seated the restaurant was full!! They also take a £5pp deposit for parties over 6.The waitresses are very attentive and friendly. A couple of members of our group were running late due to traffic and they were extremely accommodating. The food itself came out quickly and was rather tasty - I personally had the lamb ribs (pictured) and I tasted a lamb chop (pictured). The ribs were succulent and cooked fabulously. I prefer bulgur rice whenever I eat Turkish food and it wasn’t a problem to substitute it. The lamb chops were juicy and cooked to perfection.Everyone else said their food was tasty - this included: BALIK KEBAB (FISH KEBAB), KUZU ALI NAZIK, chicken wings and some other dishes! We ended up running a tad late for the theatre (a 3 min walk) and the staff were super helpful giving us taking away containers and having the bill ready. Overall the food was 8/10 and the service / atmosphere was 11/10!!

Service was really good. Staff are just the right amount of attentive. Food portion sizes are good. The place is well lit, clean and tidy. There's a good amount of seating available. I did book through the reservation system online however no one confirmed the booking. We decided to chance it anyway and just drove down since it was mid-week and it was fine. Would come here again 😊

Large clean Turkish restaurant. Ordered mix grill and baklava for desert. Was served bread and sauses to start, food was delicious, only down side was the rice didn't taste fresh and was flavourless. Baklava made in house & comes with ice-cream. Friendly and quick service. Overall a very good experience, improve rice quality and flavour for 5 stars.
