Papa Johns in Northampton

If giving 0 stars was an option I would. Made an order for collection was told to arrive in 10 minutes but after arriving 15 minutes later I was then told it would be 10 minutes? My pizza was not even in the oven yet! Absolutely terrible when challenging the staff they said I called them at a different time and nothing I could do.. 10 minutes quickly turned to 2-3 then to 5-7! Ridiculous went home hungry

If I could give this place less than half a star I would.... terrible service, I'm a long-time papa fan and normally order from Wellingborough as I live over that way but I was visiting my mum and we decided to get papas, I got the garden party with olives and there was a olive branch on my pizza. I didn't see it as I eat the slice and it caused a serious choking hazard. The place did little to rectify there grotesque misconduct of health and safety, food hygiene and product control or quality check. The joke of a manager said they would off 50% off our next order which is nothing as we always spend more than 30 pounds and qualify for 50% off anyway. Anyway.... we tried to order a second time for our next visit to the parents hous and the halfwhit of a manager said that 50% off a 90pound order was 60 quid... we told him we don't feel asif were getting anything for our troubles and disrupted meal than nearly caused me to choke and we ended going to domino's where we got tge same order for 45 pounds.... don't order from this place its dreadful and a potential health hazard.

If I could do 0 I would. I can’t actually show any photos as the food is still yet to arrive ! It has been over 2 hours and 3 phone calls. On the third call I asked for a refund as 2 hour + waiting is not on ! Only to be told they can’t offer me a refund. The best they can do is offer 50% off the next time I order. You really think I am ever going to order from you after the team called us silly and to be patient. It’s a Tuesday there is no chance you are this busy and to tell a customer to be patient after still waiting for their food for 2+ hours is not appropriate. What ever you do, stay away from this place !

Absolutely shocking. Ordered at 19:30, app confirmed delivery at 20:15 ( it hadn’t been). Rang shop at 20:30, 21:00 & 21:30 each time being told it was out for delivery. Arrived cold at 21:45. £26 worth of pizza, took 2 hrs 15mins and is almost inedible.

Hardly any ingredients on the pizza. Ordered The Works but may as well of ordered a Margherita.

Had barely any of the ingredients for the pizzas. None of the festive items in stock. Staff are impossible to talk to as most don't understand your order to the point I had to physically make the order on my phone and show the guy in the shop what I wanted. Shocking performance for a company who claim to be the best!!!!

I placed an order and got confirmation of the order at 5:39pm...! I ordered a pizza for 7pm. At 6:53pm the website said that the pizza was on its way. 30 minutes later we still don't have our pizza. I called the shop and was told that the pizza would be with us in 10 to 15 minutes, I said that I couldn't wait and asked where the driver was. I was told "ok" and the guy put the phone down on me. I cannot wait any longer!!! EDIT: We called again after another 15 minutes and were told that we had changed our ticket to 8pm, which we clearly never did!!!! The man put the phone down on my husband for the second time. I called a third time stating that I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund. I was told that he couldn't give me a refund because the order was placed online, so I had to contact them online... thank god I paid with paypal!!!!

I order from this shop for already 2 years and I was very happy until today. It was the best pizza comparing to their competitors, but today they messed it up. I have ordered 2 pizzas, both of them were undercooked, they were cold when they arrived and one of them was smelling very bad. I think it was from the raw bacon. Very disappointed with their services.

Ordered pizza directly on their website at 6pm and after an hour around 7pm there wasn't any updates, called the Northampton Bridge Street branch and they said it will be 10 mins, waited another 40 mins, still no delivery, again called and this time they said their oven is not working and delivery will be from Kingsthorpe. Around 8pm the pizza came, and it was the wrong order. We ordered vegetarian pizza and they gave us pepperoni pizza. Called the bridge street branch, the guy on the phone said its the fault of Kingsthorpe branch and gave me their number to contact. Called the Kingsthorpe branch several times but no one picked up.Also the pizza they delivered was cold.When accepting the order in the first place they could have informed that the bridge steet oven isn't working and it will take longer. We could have ordered from somewhere else. Not fair as had to keep my kid unfed till 8pm to get such rubbish service.If this is the service then I'm afraid I won't order from papa johns anymore.

Great Pizzas just not in the Town Center it's a road off of it. Don't have much to do down that road. Ok for nightclubs and restaurants which alot open more in the evenings. They had to bring Pizzas up to the Drapery in Northampton and offer people a slice of pizza and leaflet to get a reduced Pizzas. As My kids and Me were hungry I treated them and ate it in Market walk.
