Pizza GoGo in Northampton

Worst customer service. Ordered a pizza online, everything went through and then waited over an hour for the pizza to arrive. Everytime I called to find out what had happened to my pizza the person answering the telephone wouldn't speak and kept hanging up the phone. Eventually after several attemps and not giving up we called from a different mobile number. When I asked about the delivery and gave my address the persons tone changed and became rude and aggressive shouting over me wen i was trying to speak. I couldn't even get a word in edgeways and eventually he slammed the phone down lol. Weirdest most complicated experience ordering a simple pizza lol. My advice is to stay clear of this place because the ppl working here are demented. Wouldn't want to eat from the hands of this kind of ppl, dont know how or what they are putting in ur food

Again the customer service from front desk is disgusting. They don't value customers and they showing attitude like they don't wanna retain them. Dear business owner keep an eye on customer service. This will be my last pizza from Gogo.

AVOID!! I ordered with Uber Eats last night and about ten minutes after placing an order, I got a notification saying that my order had been cancelled. This was the restaurant for some reason doing this. What really takes the biscuit though is that I'm not getting a refund as "the restaurant had started to prepare my order when it was cancelled"!! I DIDN'T CANCEL - THE RESTUARANT DID!! Nothing short of illegal practise but I don't have the effort to fight!

This is absolutely unprofessional. I ordered a pizza and I got something else. As soon as I came home I checked the pizza. It was the wrong. The Owner had the nerve to deny it and say thank you and has no sense how to talk to customers. Pathetic customer service and a pathetic wimp of a pizza. I honestly have no clue how this place is still open.

Had a delivery and my pizza smelt of mens aftershave. I called to complain as had to bin the pizza and was laughed at down the phone.. i was told that no one else has complained so I'm basically a liar. The guy called me back on a private number to abuse me, constantly question my complaint in an unprofessional Manor and tone, he was rude and arrogant. He then continued to tell me I must of put the perfume on the pizza myself . Disgusting. Unprofessional. And pathetic excuse of a business owner. Doesn't know customer service atal ! AVOID THIS TAKEAWAY unless you want to be accused sabotaging your own food 😂.

This place is a diagrace. Might be change of management. I use to order before without any issue. My daughter try to order a pizza and the man on the phone was very rude and put the phone down without any reason. I phoned again and tried to order. The man seemed angry and asked me to come to store to order and put the phone down. I drove down there and confronted the man. The man got angry and wanted to hit me with a commercial Pizza Tray..I even film him as he became aggresive and dangerous. Do not use this place.

Worst customer service I could have ever had, it’s a shame, as I have ordered before from them, must have changed the chef or something as well, the person who picked up the phone when I was literally looking only to some answers for my order only tried to hang up as quick as possible and in a very rude manner.He even told me I would be banned, for no reason, I was not even let to talk. And the manners in customer service, the conversation that I’ve had with him was rude, totally unprofessional, unpleasant especially for a woman, no respect and sense in they’re talking.So be careful when you order from them, you might get banned for you being right and them not liking it! 🤣Plus, you can not tell me this is deep phan

i have been there several times near the closing time and the guy serving has refused to serve me as its getting late although its not quite closing time ??. anyways i let that go. i then go there when its fully open and ask for two 7 inch pizzas to then be told i have to order a 15 inch. mans a weirdo i am not going there ever again and defiantly cant trust him with my food

Flip me (Fifty Shades Darker styl-ee), £2 7in pepperoni Pizza or 2 mor toppings and a drink for £3. Went into Northampton Shop on Wellingborough Rd., mile or less East of centre. Near to my sisters house, so I will definitely​ be coming hear again. Bit shady on the tomatoe base but plenty of cheese and base well cooked and toppings good. I would suggest you guys introduce some form of sweet tomatoes as fresh tomatoes don't have strong flavour. Manager is friendly and helpful, doesn't speak like English is his 1st language but he will understand more complex communications like complaints if you explain yourself, and oversees his staff​ to make sure service is top notch.
