Pizza Hut in Northampton

Ordered2 pizzas for collection on way back from hospital. I had just been picked up and was starving and didnt want to cook. Pizza were hot and freshly made. Chatting with server I had a free salad and garlic bread as they had no goats cheese for my pizza. Such a lovely thought as feeling sore from my operation still. Staff so nice and full of smiles. Really friendly. Tables werent too full. Salad was clean and full. Highly recommend.

We were served and tended to very well by the team and given free pizzas due to minor issues with our original dishes - which we were also given. This effectively meant we got our order twice for the price of just the original bill. Everyone makes mistakes, but can't fault the redress by the server.

Really poor service. We arrived at 13.00 and stood in foyer for 5 mins before anyone acknowledged us. We were seated and told to us the QR code to order and then the manager just walked off. No interaction with us about to so it or of we were happy to order that way.After ordering through the QR code system we then sat and waited for someone to bring the glasses for our drinks. These never arrived and I had to go and ask. The waiter did apologise.We ordered a kid's meal for the 2 children and the ultimate buffet for the 2 Adults. The kids meal did arrive quickly and was hot.The pizzas on the buffet was a limited selection and at times we were waiting for more pizza to come out.When we had finished the pizza both deals came with ice cream factory. We went to the machine and it wasn't working, when I found member of staff they then told me it was out of order. I asked why we weren't told it was wasn't working we were just it wasn't working and we could have ice cream from a tub. Not really the same and should have been told at the start. 2 very disappointed kids.Service was really poor.

Good food and friendly staff. We ordered our food via the QR code on the table but the staff were always checking to see if everything was ok. The food came quickly and was hot and nice.

Despite having a somewhat awful experience with Pizza Hut delivery (St James, Northampton), and therefore being apprehensive when attending your Pizza Hut Northampton Sixfields restaurant, our server Millie exemplified EVERYTHING that your Pizza Hut Delivery Manager did not.Millie was extremely friendly and courteous once we were seated, very helpful when navigating the vegan options, but far more importantly and noteworthy was the fact that she took the time to stand there chatting and joking with us in a very confident and pleasant manner that belied her young age.A very nice meal and experience.

Got to the Sixfields branch late evening and was warmly welcomed by a member of staff. The branch is clean and tidy and as each customer left their table the table was thoroughly cleaned.The food was well presented and of a good quality.Price wise it is pretty good and has some deals in store.The branch also has a take away service.All in all a good night, great staff and good food.

First time in a Pizza Hut since the Pandemic began! Over two years ago now and, wow, how have things changed!First off, the positives:• Very friendly and attentive staff.• Pizzas still good quality and very filling.• Clean and warm building (visiting in December 2021 and it was freezing cold and pouring with rain outside).• Plenty of free parking.And now the negatives:• No tomato pasta option at the salad bar - a complete deal breaker for me as this was one of my favourite parts of visiting.• Only sugar-free drinks available on unlimited refill - another deal breaker for me!As you can probably guess, the negatives far outweigh the positives for me so I won’t be going back any time soon.

My children love Pizza Hut so you were a regular haunt. I say 'were'.I'm sure my children will continue to visit however now you insist we order online and have to request a human waiter/waitress coupled with pay as you go not pay on departure also card not cash you've lost my custom and your staff have lost their tips. Welcome to 21/22 - well done!Your food - neither excites nor disappoints.Your staff - make the event, such a shame you discourage their interaction in favour of online apps!Also - from a sales perspective, humans upsell so much better then an app.The three star rating is for the young lady who did tend to our table - once requested. She was also absolutely fantastic at handling the children's party on our neighbouring table. Well done she!
