Terrible food. Ordered kebab wrap. Was delivered cold. Rude on telephone when I called to complain

Never had an issue with food always 10/10. Please keep using good thousand island and good quality kebab.

Have been using these for a while now, delivery is very quick, Always have a large mixed kebab but most of the time get one the size of a small or medium, ask for the salad in a separate box but sometimes doesn't arrive. Chicken strips and cheese sticks are sometimes not cooked well or over cooked. Staff are not very helpful when you ring

Rude staff. Enquired about something then he went to the back and laughed with his colleagues about what i asked in his own language (could make out from a few words that it was regarding what i asked!).

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I order a kebab wrap and cheese chips. The chips were hot but the kebab was stone cold and was so tough I wouldn't even give it to my dog. I rang them up and couldn't decide who the manager was "Jay" and said that is how they serve the kebab, having ordered before I knew this was not the case. When I complained he said if I don't like don't order again and hung up. Very rude and do not care I'd give them a miss

Pizza haven’t been delivered . I called after 30mins I ordered it and they said it’s on it’s way . When I called him after another hour he told me its delivered to some kind of random guy . Where I work there is a lot of people and I put my name but looks like they don’t even ask for it just give it to random person . + when I call he is arguing with me . That I provided wrong phone number in website . But Even if I did so I called and asked for this address from my number which he could check . Attitude of working personal is careless. I would recommend you save your money . Because they doing deliveries to mars anyway . Lost 16£ cuz of them . They could deliver it later and look for alternatives but NO! . 1* I would rate zero

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!! Uber eats driver lied about delivering food for myself wife and kids!!! HAPPY TO TAKE £24 off of us with nothing in return!!!! We are a hardworking family who rarely orders out and this happens!!!!!! Thieves and liars!!!! Do not use this service just keep your hard earned money as you'll probably get nothing for it!!!!! 0 stars not 1!!!!!

I have placed an order driver didn’t showed up. Driver lied to me and when try to ring restaurant they were using abusive language. Hope never order from this restaurant

Arrived over 1.5 hours late via uber eats, Pizza would've been fine if it wasn't cold. The chicken nuggets were also cold and had a plastic-y after taste. Chips also cold and soggy. Now struggling to get a refund, called and they asked us to do it through uber eats but no luck now. We had a great experience first time ordering, how do you expect customer loyalty if you cannot provide a consistent level of service. Will not use again.

I am very disappointed with the quality of the food. the burger was dry without the taste of meat and bread without any salads and souces. spicy chicken wings were not baked completely. all food was dry and not tasty. Caesar salad was old and was topped with cheddar cheese. I spend 30pound and i have throw everything to the bin!
