Riverside McDonald in Northampton

Burgers were cold, the cheese doesn't even melt anymore. Slung into a box. Touch machines not working properly. Was disappointing. McDonald's is never gonna be the best meal in the world, I haven't been for a while. But I think it is going downhill.

It's McDonald's. They sell burgers but call them McBurgers. Breakfast is awesome here and would recommend to anyone to try it.

Fries very very crisp and very dark brown - verging on inedible. Double cooked? Order not complete on collection - had to return to counter complete. while food going cold. No napkins.McChicken sandwich - barely a smear of dressing. Time pressure prevented asking for replacements. Worst McDonalds experience ever anywhere.Complained to McDonalds Customer Services who only addressed one minor issue - no milkshakes available.

McDonald's in Riverside is a total nightmare!!!I usually go there to get a take away once a week, saves cooking once a week.When I went there on Saturday, I had to wait 20 minutes in the parking lot for my food. Eventually, I got tired of waiting in the car, went inside to ask what is going on with my order. Then they showed me a lost package on the counter, and asked me if it is my order. Yes it was, ice cold.I can't believe the bad, bad service I got from Riverside McDonald's.I am so disappointed in McDonald's.

First visit to this branch. Service was prompt and the restaurant area very clean and well attended by the lady on duty. The breakfast was hot and tasty as you would expect from a good franchise.

Worth going. Food and service as it should be. Disabled toilet door needs fixing though. Door mostly fixed. Restaurant side staff, younger female on this visit, was lovely and wonderfully understanding and supportive.One of the better and consistently better locations.

2nd time in a row happened, whatever I order from full list I find out home is missing 1 or more items , bunch of ...20 people there and can't prepare properly my order.-1 customer for sure .

As McDonalds go was pretty standard. Fast and efficient service. However we had to wait for a high chair as there was only 2 within the restaurant which limited eating quickly as a whole family.

Arrived at 16:00, on a Saturday but busy (not not ridiculously busy), however had quite a wait for take out food having ordered inside using the booths.When it arrived at the counter the dips were missing, the staff did respond but not really interested. However my granddaughter was very disappointed at having requested a happy meal for the toy, but no toy was to be found in the box. By this time we're home and given the lack of service, we decided not to return as we didn't want to wait again..Will think twice now at the counter and check the order fully as we no longer trust them to supply what we are paying for...
