Quick and efficient, I will always go here for my coffee.

Regular customer at this Starbucks. This morning I had for the first time lovely service. Not the usual rushed moody non engaged experience but this time by Matt with the most relaxing calm voice.so patient and friendly 😊 after a stressed night this really made a difference. Thanku MattCoffee lovely as always 💕

I went through the drive through, normally have a good experience but today they missed the flavourings of the drink so I just have blended cold coffee with cream on it. Not what I’ve asked for. Also I know they’re working long/bad hours but if they could cheer up on the intercom I’d really appreciate it

What you think of with a Starbucks, great staff, nice facilities and good drinks.Only 4 stars as the few times I've used here it has been very slow compared to others but like I said the staff are great and super friendly

Standard Starbucks that is clean and tidy. Seems to be more focus on the drive thru and UberEats orders than people in at the counter

Big venue lacking any kind of atmosphere, had choc brownie, tasteless and dry , never again, coffee definitely nothing to write home about , acid test, no I will not return,,,,, ever ,,,,

Probably the best Starbucks I've been too, very popular but very clean.

Always excellent customer service at St James Mill site. Never had a mistake on an order. Good cake!

The place is a mess, dirty tables, soft furniture is that dirty that you best just stay away from it.Service is poor.Disappointed.Carry on in the same way and place will shut soon.All the Best.

Went round the drive thru this evening at 6pm and the 3 girls stood at the counter leaning were really rude to me. I politely said excuse me before they made my drink as I wanted it to be lukewarm for medical reasons. The lady rolled her eyes (directly in front of me so that I could see) and didn’t say anything and just walked over and raised her eyebrows as if to say ‘what’. When she went back to tell the barista they all looked over and started giggling. Never felt more unwelcome and the drink was made far too hot too.
