Subway in Northampton

I have just had to wait over an hour and half for my food to be delivered, One minute it was says it will be here by a time then was pushed back to even longer. I'm not happy with how long I had to wait for my food.

new staff- excellent service - the manager watches each sub being made and trains the staff, genuinely make the food with enough salad and with care to make it worth the money.

Visited during covid so unsure of how it is to sit in and eat here. Food was good though and staff friendly

We met with friends at this restaurant for a meeting. we heard about this restaurant from a lot of people. Well, it was very nice. The crew were very polite and we had a fantastic feeling. The food was just great. We loved this place a lot and we shall definitely come back again. We recommend this place to all.

This place is no doubt one of the most pleasant restaurants in the area. Anytime I come there I am very glad. They manage their high level service and the highest level of cooking they provide. You are always happy with this place. Highly recommended.

Don't usually leave reviews for chains but my service from the lady who served me today was impeccable! Around 3:10pm on 28/06/19. Unfortunately no name badge to see but she was smiley, efficient, generous with the toppings and polite. Deserves recognition.

it's ok here. staff are usually kind and helpful. however the condition of the actual building is a little... bad. there's probably mould, because you can see it has rained through the roof and has damaged the ceiling, which is now leaking sometimes. though the leaky ceiling is a little concerning, its quite clean here, it's a nice atmosphere and the food is as good as you get in any subway haha, I enjoy their hearty Italian bread, and obviously they have a wide array of fillings like pepperoni, salami, cheese, different types of chicken and various salads.

More or less the same as every other subway. Good location, familiar menu and good value. Staff were ok, didn't speak great English but we understood each other.It's right in the centre of town so very handy and the building is pretty cool, a nice, big, old building.

Excellent- with customer care on mind a smile goes a long way subway does this perfectly with food being close to perfection many choices and the cleanliness of my visit was spot on the only issue i found was a large quite noticeable water stain on the ceiling above the drinks machine but not anything that paint cant solve

Typical subway but very big with huge seating areas. Close to pay parking.Downside is, it gets busy and needs frequent cleaning... please clean the tables and seats as well as the floor!Waiting times can be unrealistic and, people avoid it because of that reason!
