The Beijing House in Northampton

They come 2hrs late overcharged me and gave me the incorrect cold food

My wife just brought home a Chinese from Beijing House and the food was horrible,First the chips were well over cooked she ordered a Thai curry for me and got a chicken curry and pancake rolls were well over done,I will never go back to this Chinese

Absolutely the worst takeaway I have ever had. Burnt chips and the chicken was so dry it was splintering. Absolutely disgusting!!!! No stars given( only ticked one do it would let me continue)

My second order from here- same type of thing- I like chow mein and this was good (again) the right balance of noodles and beansprouts and a fair portion of the meat choices I made- this food is not too greasy but is not dry either so good like that too. Will order from here going forward

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CHINESE! Unless you would like food so saturated in oil that it seeps out of the containers into the bag leaving a puddle of oil at the bottom. I spend £25 on inedible food it looked absolutely disgusting. I contacted the restaurant to explain that I was unhappy with the food quality and wanted a refund as I could not eat the food only to be told I would be contacted by the 'supervisor'. Half and hour later and still no call back I phoned the restaurant once more, as advised by just eat customer service who couldn't help me unless the restaurant marked the order as compete, only to be told that the 'supervisor' had gone home and then hung up on. The food is abysmal, the customer service is even worse. Do not recommend. Northampton's worst Chinese take away!!!!

Usually really good but had our usual order last night and it was pretty much inedible, it was like food that had been microwaved the next day, really dry and tough. Will try somewhere else next time.

First time trying - the food and service was excellent, I ordered and collected in the shop.Very clean tasty food - I’ll be back ha!

‘Fantastic’ if you want your food to turn up nearly 3 hours late, cold, and some food missing despite charging for it. Want to call them for an update? Call them to tell them they’ve neglected to send some food? Forget about it, they just leave the phone off the hook so no one can call. As I said, ‘fantastic’

Absolutely appalling service, 2 hours till delivery came , 3 phone calls to a rude as hell women and she even hung up the phone on me. Sent the food back and had a ham sandwich .First and last time ever. I've had my share of poor customer service but this shower takes the biscuit.

Every Saturday for the last 7 years we have had food from here we live 6 miles and our food is always hot and steamy! Taste so good 😊 all the family eat too portions are bigger than our local and for 50p cheaper it makes sense very kind staff and delivery drivers we have a variety of dishes and they taste great
