The Grange Balti & Grill in Northampton

Kept us waiting for an hour and a half! I rang after an hour and a half and they said the driver had just left. Really? Terrible customer service. Quite nice food, but, we were starving when it turned up so maybe we weren't the best judge. There was a TINY portion of Tarka Daal, the onion bhajis were really tastless, and to top it all there were no free poppadoms with our £40 order (there never are - we have used them before, how stingy is that?) even though they'd kept us waiting for so long. So, no acknowledgement that they had kept us waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. They obviously don't care about their customers. We are really, REALLY DISAPPOINTED!. Will not be ordering from them again.

My chicken tikka masala was awful - dry pieces of chicken drowned in a weird sickly pudding-sweet orange sauce. No contact number on website so couldn't call to ask for a replacement.

Best Indian in town. The only place we look for a great takeaway. Every thing fresh, and always delivered quickly

I have my preferred Indian restaurants however they were closed yesterday evening so I ordered food here (through Just Eat). You may well have changed my favourite restaurant and hustled your way in to second place!Your deliverer was a really nice guy but, most importantly, youf food was really good. Thank you.I will be ordering from you guys again.

I never normally leave reviews but the service and experience I had last night was abysmal.My partner and I ordered food at 18:10 we were told the delivery time would be 19:10. It wasn't. We called as it was late and apparently it had already been delivered of which it hadn't.I spoke to the staff apparently the food was sitting on the side for half an hour before it had meant to be delivered.Food came over an hour late and was stone cold, not worth the wait at all.No real apology from the restaurant after having to call twice for its whereabouts, will be the last time I order from them and will be telling others never to order from them!!!

Very good tasty food. Last time ordered egg fried rice and Chicken Vindaloo, both are amazing super taste. And excellent service , all staff are friendly . They changed the restaurant name now the name is The Golden Pappadom

Would definitely recommend!! I ordered a bunch of vegetarian dishes from here (Massala, Korma and bhoona + rice and naan) which were all great. Service was really good too and staff were friendly :)

Brilliant takeaway. Used to order from here when was in Grange Park but they still deliver across town. Highly recommended. My new favourite.

Ordered from there twice. Great flavours and portions. The salad also has little pomegranate seeds in which is a nice addition. Would recommend.
