The Old Bank in Northampton

Certainly one of the better pubs in Northampton. Atmosphere is nice and the pub is well maintained with a generously sized beer garden and pool tables inside. Pricing for drinks is acceptable and food is good quality with some interesting choices. Staff are polite and friendly, good for families in the afternoon and adults out on the town in the evening.

Good drinks, the place looks great, food on point. But the state of the pool tables is beyond belief. The only negative in what is a fantastic town centre pub. Every member of staff was courteous and friendly.

Really large converted Bank, who would have guessed...... its a Greeen King brewery with a few standard mass produced beers added. There are lots of covers, take a seat and order at the bar or use the app. Food is passable and I would recommend.

Such a lovely pub to come for lunch and the staff are always so friendly and help out wherever they can. Would 100% recommend for anyone visiting the area and would love a good Meal and drinks. Will be coming back shortly 😍

Very nice pub. Lots of room inside, big TVs, pool tables and a decent menu. One of those pubs with toilets downstairs- not good if you've had a few drinks lol

I've been here for several times either alone or with a friend.The atmosphere is nice and as well as the interiors,food plating is presentable.However,one thing I've noticed is the way they take your plates whilst still finishing your meal or you're not yet done.It think,it's not proper and I've talked to one of the seniors that night,he wasn't as well apologetic about the staff's behavior.Overall,this place and their manner is NOT ACCEPTABLE to me.It's not just about the food perse',but the politeness and courtesy.

Been in this pub several times for food, but this time was extremely poor, our meals were completely covered in salt (see pics), when I asked the bar person about this I was told the menu states that chips are seasoned , it doesn’t !You can tell a decent company by how they deal with complaints, their policy was to ignore the problem, with no apology. If you have heart problems make sure you tell them to go easy on the salt or you may be going home in an ambulance !!!

Good food. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice place to hang out with friend in the weekend.
