Will never order from here again. The chapatis were totally undercooked and the lamb was not what was ordered. I think they just give fancy names to entice customers but in the end get basic curries. Totally disappointed

i ordered the chicken tikka biriani and lamb chop starter which definitely had a lot of flavour. i also added onion bhaji which was also extraordinary! staff was also kind and delivery came 15 minutes earlier than expected time! very satisfied with this customer service! i will definitely be ordering again! the naan and red lamb chop was my sons favourite! thank you, the rani team/staff...

Just ordered from here and got mouldy onion bhaji’s! Literally disgusting. When I called them, the manager offered me a free portion of yet more onion bhajis...... gone off my entire meal, won’t be going back to this place. The manager didn’t seem too surprised making me wonder if this has happened before! Any other average Indian food would be better than this, save yourself money.

Missing food from order and had to warm food up in the oven. Delivered stone cold. When I phoned up to talk about this. I was told that I was lying to them. I do not expect to pay 30pounds for missing food and cold food. Nor do I expect such poor customer service. I'll certainly not be using them again...and this was my first time.

Uber eats .. delivered by a fabulous young man called Masih. Great balti, tasty. Good value. I will definitely use them again. Trusted 👍I’m hard to please ! This food was delicious.

Food arrived an hour late. Missing part of order. All food cold. Paneer with one piece of cheese and chicken dish with one cube of chicken. Rest of food was inedible.Said order would be cancelled and we would receive a full refund via just eat but this isn't showing on the app.

Delicious food as always it would have been 5 stars. However, we asked for the food to be delivered at 6.45, because that’s when my husband gets home from work. They delivered at 5.50, so my husband’s was cold when he got in. What if we had been at the pub or I didn’t get home till 6.30? We’d have missed out and you’d have had a wasted journey.

Food was excellent. The guy who took the order didn't seem to have a clue about what he was doing he said the card machine was broken and could only take cash when i said I didn't have enough cash another man took over and straight away took the order and card details. I was told it would be with me in 25 minutes. After phone call then actual delivery it took nearly 2 hours.

Totally spoiled our Friday evening! Cold food delivered, more than 30% content of each dish ordered was oil (despite of telling them to put less oil to which the person on phone said he has notified the chef about), tasteless and worthless. On top of everything, the management responded to our polite call (which was meant to be just a feedback) in such a disgust that I was forced to take it to this level. I was told that Indian food is meant to be this oily and cold! I am an Indian residing in the UK for 10 years and they should be ashamed of calling themselves an Indian restaurant! I know much better indian restaurants in Northampton! Having read your sarcastic replies to reviews on tripadvisor, I know how cold your management's reaction to this will be! Nobody throws ÂŁ25 worth food in bin by choice! Northampton is now my home and I hate businesses like you to take over this city or spoil the image of Indian cuisine. Good luck with your bad management making it a success! Go away!

Not a good experience, food was very bad. The main dish veg biryani rice was under cooked and i also had a problem with the mushroom bhaji which was overwhelmed with tomatoes and was bright red in colour and tasted Very bad. so i rang up and a replacement was sent about 40 mins later. The replacement veg biryani was exactly same as the first one and the mushroom bhaji was even more disgusting. I just tasted a small amount and immediately started throwing up. Just glad the kids did not get a chance to eat this, Binned the whole lot. Will never order from this place again.. very upset.
