Food was awful thick Brown sauce supposed to be special house curry chicken bits looked and tasted like fat same in my partner chowmein chips was overcooked and hard waste of money won't be ordering from this place again the one star is for prawn crackers I didn't have to pay for I brought the meal for a special treat for my partner it was spoilt l

Don't order again. Over cooked, bad taste, the rice is very dry, the oil isn't changed for months, very bad taste

“Simply unpalatable"Each item was inconsistent with everything and how over cooked it all was.The food was just horrible. From all the food orded not one thing was edible, even the prawn crackers were burnt brown crusty not risking food poisoning. Sweet sour Sauce was One long, bland, watery compost", garlic prawns had been “converted into chewy little shapes without a lot of flavour” As for the chicken balls I'm sure an eyeball that had been freshly popped out of the skull of a pig...tasted better than the Chicken ballsOverall Awful. Don’t spend your money hereEverything went into the bin same night..

Food is always great here never had a bad dish.

Food was not fresh. I suspect the tofu was chucked into the dishes last minute and was tough as if reheated. Ordered 5 dishes, and none of them were redeeming. Honestly, the worst Chinese I've had in a long while.

It's the best Chinese takeaway I've been to in Northampton. Chilli and salt chicken is sooooo good. Definitely would recommend.

This is probably the best Chinese food I have had for a long time. Everything was perfect, ordered and delivered within half an hour. Will definitely be back and reccomend.

The food is excellent ... but they insist on making you use the BIG Foodie to place online orders and state there is a 10% discount.. but the prices seem to be higher than in store... and the BIG FOODIE is an awful experience for ordering food. the payments fail time after time and it just took me 8 attempts to order leaving you unsure whether you have paid multiple times. As the Ruby chose not to accept card payments in store, this is VERY poor customer service
