Live singer! She was wonderful. My partner and I came out of a restaurant and had a great after dinner serenade. Staff were great.This is a classic pub in the most straightforward of ways, looks rough on the outside but don't let that fool you, everyone is lovely here.If that's what you're looking for then you'll have a great time!

This has to be one of the best pubs on welly road. Very welcoming and the staff are really friendly. We visited this pub after reading about it in the newspaper which mentioned they take care of womens safety.

Calm but busy pub with live bands late at night on weekends. Good atmosphere.

Just got myself a takeaway Sunday Roast beefAnd it was absolutely spot on at £10.95Perfect Roast potatoes a good selection of very fresh vegetables Yorkshire pudding and Roast parsnip and plenty of gravy. such good quality and value for the money. Thank you

Fantastic pub. Lovely bar staff. Have great bands on. Always have a good time here & upon a few too many tipples one night I left my phone and the bar staff very kindly looked after it & kept it for me, much to my huge relief the next day! Can’t thank you enough for that as it has all the pics of my newborn on. So thanks so much. Wish there were more staff & pubs like this.
