The Sunrise in Northampton

Myself and my wife have visited this restaurant a few times over the years and it has always been really good. We visited recently and had prawn crackers, lemon chicken, beef in black bean sauce and egg fried rice. Washed down with an orange juice, one white wine and finally two coffees. Total cost £45 which is really good value for the quality of food and service. This is our favourite Chinese restaurant in Northamptonshire. The staff are always really friendly and cannot do enough for you. It's that popular that I advise you to book a table. You may even see celebrities as I have seen football managers eating here. You won't be disappointed.

Food is okay, had a set menu with a group and we all felt there was not much food for the price of around £30 a head. Small servings to share out with a couple of prawns each.. The dinner plates were tiny side dishes to make the portions look bigger when you had served. Nice place but expensive for what is given considering what is costs to serve a little more, we are not massive eaters. Staff seemed quite over run .

Best in town!! Food is always hot an plentiful. Any order issues are quickly rectified when you call to explain. The staff are amazing, they will talk you through the dishes if you want to try something new. These guys are always busy so u will have to wait....never over the expected time though!! And they don't deliver at the weekends, they are too busy with takeaway collections and dine in that wait times for delivery would be too much. Enjoy!!

If you are ever in Northampton you must eat here I never leave reviews but. I’m here working so I ate on my own, I’ve been in many Chinese restaurants but the quality here and staff attention was second to none. fantastic! Very clean and the spare rib were simple the best thank you.the restaurant decor was top quality too good fir a party or intimate dinning.

A lovely family get together and super tasty food. The staff are wonderful, they never stop and nothing is too much trouble. They are courteous and friendly. Highly recommend

This place is so nice . The atmosphere is romantic and cosy and the food is so nice , the way the foods presented also is so nice . Would recommend this place to everyone

This was a little celebration of finishing a project in Northampton with people who worked on it.From the off we where all warmly welcomed8 of us ate sampling various dishes and everyone was perfect we was well looked after by the staff.I would highly recommend dining here whether as a couple, group of friends or a business lunch.

Went to dinner with few of my friends. They have a really good veggie selection. The staff were really polite. We didn't have to wait long for the food we ordered. The dessert wasn't all that and still very frozen but other than that, had a really nice time there. Deffo recommend.

This place IS AMAZING! Staff really friendly! And the food is to die for! I can't wait to go back again! Best Chinese ever!

Popped in on a rainy Tuesday evening, very nice restaurant with very helpful and friendly staff. The food was wonderful and so tasty, we asked for recommendations and weren't disappointed 😋 Absolutely lovely ~ Thank you New Sunrise we will be back!
