It's a nice pub but the drinks are far to expensive and the staff are not the happiest of people the person who served our drinks wasn't very polite. This is not my sort of pub I like a warm welcome and friendly atmosphere this had neither

Went for a works doo. Seemed a nice little pub. Not as cheap as the chain pubs I think but then again where can you get a cheap pint these days?

Nice venue, decent live band. Drinks prices were a bit steep but thats UK pubs in general. Lager from the lines tasted pretty clean and fresh.

Superb pub. Great beer selection and really friendly staff. Two oppposing lots of rugby dans and some local soccer supporters there too. Great atmosphere.

We held my Husband's 40th party here. We hired the room upstairs, it has its own bar and toilets for guests without having to go down the stairs. It's very nicely decorated after it's refurb, the Manager was lovely and the hire was very reasonable. They also sorted the food for us so we didn't have to worry about it. The bar staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble...we were able to connect a device of our choosing so we could play our own playlist for the party. And the room has a disco ball on the ceiling, which created the party atmosphere when the lights were turned down. A great venue, I'll be definitely using them again.

Four of us had a long overdue lunchtime reunion, on Monday. The staff were amazing, and so very thoughtful.A long leisurely lunch was held with excellent food, a lovely atmosphere and we all had a wonderful time. Thank you 🤩

Very nice pub...went for the rugby up the road. Food was excellent and yummy. Service was polite and friendly..recommend a good nt out or for meals xx

Food was really nice flavours but have been a few times now and always seem to hit some sort of snag (e.g. bar staff awol, overcooked chicken, hair in food) but staff respond well to queries/worries and offered to rectify so will give it another chance. Has a nice atmosphere and usually some good tunes on in the main bar. Staff are very friendly and helpful for the most part too.
