Delicious food, clean restaurant and competitive prices

Great Romanian cuisine, friendly and quick staff. It is always a treat to dine here and the chef is a great guy as well. I recommend the place, 5 stars are not enough :).

Just eat said to far away to delivery but than i called the restaurant and lovely stuff helped me to order to my home and I loved it Food are delicious and driver was quick and friendly Will order soon again thanks Andrea x

Good food, nice staff, definitely coming again!

This is a very small and cozy family restaurant, where we had a great dinner. There is a good selection of dishes at very reasonable prices and it is delicious. Very tasty! Here you can taste real Romanian dishes, very well-cooked meat. There is also a very friendly staff and fast service, we came to the restaurant hungry, asked to bring food quickly and received it in a few minutes.

Very small and warm place. The lady who served me seemed like she read my mind. She recommended this AMAZING lemonade. I ate and took some for my friend as well.After I paid she was very shocked why did I left more money than on the bill, I guess tipping is not something very popular in UK.I don't remember her name but she made my night: customer service EXCELLENT!!

Very friendly staff, cozy atmosphere and very clean. The food is excellent - you can find plenty of traditional dishes like mici, ciorbă de burtă, papanași. Recommended!

Good Eastern European food. Definitely taste the unique flavour of having something different. Portion is extremely generous. Service we received had absolutely zero complaints - got a homely vibe rather than a well run engine but I like that relaxed atmosphere. I think if it's super busy then expect a slightly slower service but you get the feeling that you're there to chill rather than rush through.Expect to spend around £15pp which will include couple of drinks + starters + mains. We enjoyed it and I'd happily go there again.One less star because:1. the card machine wasn't working but luckily we had some enough cash otherwise it would have been embarrassing to go out to get some cash just to pay. We weren't made aware at the beginning of this.2. Not everything on the menu was available. Well if its just one thing I'd still be fine but there were couple of things.

Used to be a good place where to go and experience great Rumanian cuisines, now it's just bad. The alarm was going off all the time we were there. Smoke detectors were beeping. And food was microwaved. All of it. Used to be all freshest cooked. Staff barely spoke English, and wasn't helpful at all. Really disappointed. Place really gone down the hill.

I have to update my review. I loved the place for the first time but this experience was different. My Partner and me had a dinner here just a few days ago. We ordered one of the most expensive dish from the menu. We were alone in the restaurant the whole time what we spent there so the chef had time to prep our food with no rush. I was so disappointed cause my entire food was microwaved. I am a chef so I can tell straight away when a food is not fresh but even if I wasn't one I could tell. Really poor quality. The waiter was kind but he couldn't speak English at all. Than he was on his mobile just hanging around. The owner was there as well so I even more surprised how she did not care at all.Now I understand why was the place empty. In England this is unacceptable
