Wyevale Garden Centre in Northampton

Lovely garden centre with a wide range of products. The restaurant is large and clean with really friendly staff and the food is tasty and value for money.Sadly the toilets massively let it down. They are absolutely grim and in need of gutting.

The place itself is fine, lots of choice for things to buy. Great cafe, staff and food BUT no air conditioning or any kind of cooling system and it was baking! It made for an unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. I really don't know how the staff cope in these temperatures, poor things. Would suggest that this is something Dobbies need to invest in, especially with the fear that this will become the 'norm'.

We arranged our daughter's 5th birthday party here and it was fantastic! The soft play is just the right size, not noisy, contained and is air conditioned! Bliss! We chose the afternoon tea option and all I can say is we were all very impressed! The food at kids parties is usually difficult shades of beige but this was something else! They also accommodated for my daughter who is a vegan and I was very impressed with her food. We made sure the parents finished the food or took it home!

Go to Dobbies to eat, they said. The food is excellent, they said. So what happened? The usual gaggle of staff standing around looking at the ever growing queue of customers. We stood patiently in line for 12 minutes, only to be told when we were finally served that hot food was off the menu because the appliances were broken. And nobody had the wit or wisdom to actually bother to tell those who were waiting. Maybe the food is indeed excellent, but until someone learns how to serve it, we will never know.

Garden centre with extra stars. Some nice food groceries, dinnerware, kitchenware and gifts plus a great selection of indoor and outdoor plants. Nice ambience which enhances the shopping and browsing experience. Concession Mountain Warehouse and pond and aquarium shop inside. Handy Next-door to a large Waitrose. Expect to pay a little more but worth it for finding something a little different in the garden centre.

This is a great garden centre and the food hall is amazing. My grandson loved his kid's lunch box. Absolutely great value. Staff serving the food are first class!

Nice plants and plenty of choice. Restaurant let's this place down. Too noisy, expensive and service not brilliant. Also not notified to tell us coffee vouchers not carried over if not used.

Nice gardne centre however went to order food at 16.55 to feed our baby and was told the kitchen was closed quite abrubtly by the male behind the counter . Although the garden center is open until 6pm so surely they should be serving food to customers until then also ? Very dissatisfied .

Customer care service is excellent. Cafe is clean with freshly cooked meals. I love Dobbies garden centre - I could spend hours there, so much to see.

It's a lovely garden centre. Has many many great quality plants, flowers, shrubs and anything your garden needs. Definitely recommend to visit if you haven't been there.Prices can be on a high side, but you know what you get.
