Lovely pub and garden, most of the furniture in great condition/new. Plenty of garden spaces as well. However, the food was not as great as we expected, but still tasty. Dog friendly. Definitely recommend to people who looks for a nice place to spend their time off.

Really tidied up inside with good quality TVs at the right size and distance. Great for watching stuff while enjoying a few drinks with friends. There's also good pub food on offer served by pleasant staff. Got it all in my view!

First time visit 29/03 with two colleagues to sample the quiz night.Curry and a pint for £10.50 first which we each had one of the choices, all were excellent.The quiz was fun, well managed and a good intermiediate level.The pub itself is bright and welcoming, excellent parking and staff were extremely helpful.Overall an excellent night and we certainly will be returning!

Great value for money. Really healthy portions of Sunday roast with nice selection of vegs and meats. Huge garden and great green location in the middle of the village. Pub is big and spacy so doesn't feel crowded even when it's full.

Really friendly owner, nice staff, tasty/good food, and big portions for standard prices. Atmosphere was really nice and everywhere was obviously well kept and tidy with good decor. No complaints, highly reccomend if you're in the area.

I spent my birthday here, for a meal with my family ,and the meal cooked by amwen, was absolutely fabulous, the staff was exceptional, especially Charlie, she couldn't do enough to please our big party, she was a credit to the restaurant and no task was to big!!!! Excellent job done by all, definitely going back again

Staff were extremely pleasant and friendly, very helpful with my girlfriend who has allergies about which foods she could order. The pina colada sundae we had after our meal was very tasty, we'll definitely be back again

We had a table of 14 for Xmas lunch aswell as 7 babies and the experience was lovely. All the food came out piping hot and all well cooked. Team were friendly.

As it being my local, I don't want this to be bias review but as I also don't really do "The Pub" I was amazed at the venue's size and beauty. The staff was amazing with service and is a safe place for kids. Has amazing TV's for you sports goers and a pool table. I had ordered the chicken wings which I thought was expensive but the amount that came and the taste made it all well worth it.. let just say me, my partner and my stepson battled over who had what.. was that good.. if your close.. give it a try, it won't disappoint..
