Zizou Lounge Desserts in Northampton

Ordered a waffle and mint ice-cream. Waffle showed up half an hour later and half of someone else's order. I rang them to complain, no one there could speak very much English on the phone which was incredibly frustrating. Took ages for the dessert to arrive really not impressed at all and was chocolate instead of mint choc. I won't be using them again.

Can only judge on the milkshak and delivery service as havent tried anything else yet. I had the lotus biscuit milkshake which was amazing! delivery service came right on time. Will definitely order again. 😁

Really used to love the shisha place, was a great vibe. However, the boss/owner (not sure who it was) snapped at us for dropping coal on the floor accidentaly!Still not sure who that staff member was, but seemed like the owner; you need to treat your customers better!

Ordered three ice cream sundaes and only one was what we ordered the other two were completely different to what we ordered. The one that was the right didn’t taste like it should have. Don’t recommend at all. Worst place I’ve ordered from.

So this resturnant was recommended to me by a friend.. inside is very clean and the flower wall throughout the hallways are amazing.. Shipa the hostess was very helpful and up sold me the lamb chops , the prawns and I'm going back today for the wings .. Jenna then sold me some amazing icecream and desserts which were well presented and tasty

Brilliant food, great atmosphere and an enjoyable meal with the family. As the premises is in 2 parts, we dined at the front with great comfort. The staff were brilliant and attentive. Food came out at good timing, even though it was busy which is a good sign the kitchen know what they are doing. The food was 10/10 and the right portion. The atmosphere had a pleasant neo-jazz ambiance and without doubt, one of our favourate locations to dine at. Definetly would recommend to all!

The black waitress/cashier woman was the sweetest, she was very helpful and made us feel comfortable in the restaurant - she is a valuable worker. However, the food wasn’t my favourite but it wasn’t bad it just didn’t look appetising or taste that good. But the setting was beautiful and nice music.

Order in complete half missing rude condescending and pedantic staff. Didn't take ownership of mistake didn't want to refund blamed uber eats. Manager told us to collect missing items ourselves arrived after all round 30 minute drive to be told no again left with no definite confirmation of refund. Just may take 5 days to sort. AVOID DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Dropped in at Supermarket purchased same items half the price and still have loads left over.

I have been coming here for a while and loved it, but was really disappointed about what happened tonight. Myself and 2 others came for shisha, food and the Amir Khan fight.Poor customer service from female floor manager - she was reluctant to give us a booth, and was too ready to kick us out once we settled down. I accidentally pulled the pipe too hard which caused the coal to fall. She took the pipe away and asked if my sister was still using the second one, we said yes. She treated us like school children that had spilled water everywhere. I’m sure this isn’t the first time this has happened.When we asked for the pipe to be brought back, she said we had to pay for another one. Which we could not do because THEY ONLY TAKE CASH and we had run out. Super inconvenient. Also it was an accident and I apologised and helped, despite my jacket being burnt.10 minutes later she was asked us to move again, because there was a bigger party coming in 30 minutes before the fight began. Okay… why is that a reason for us to move? We came first… Any other time I’ve gone to a bar/pub for a sports event, once you’ve got a table or booth, it’s yours! This was the last straw.We just decided to leave. We were made to feel we were not important and our money wasn’t good enough. No apology or understanding from her when we decided to leave, she just walked away.Really upset with the way we were treated considering my boyfriend and I have been coming here for 2 years. She needs to be retrained on customer service and how to treat people.

Best shisha Bar in Northampton, they always provide best quality and good service. Nice variety of shisha flavours and tasty desserts.
