We booked a bottomless brunch for a friend's 21st party. Initially the service started off slow, and we were met with a few problems, such as the vegan breakfast not coming with tofu scramble, and drinks taking over 20 minutes to arrive. However, these problems were swiftly fixed and accommodated for when Alex started his shift and took over our table. Alex was wonderful, super friendly and helpful, and turned what was previously a fairly neutral-negative experience into a very positive one.Food portions were smaller than expected, but the bottomless brunch provided plenty of drinks for the party. Food was very tasty, and despite the missing items, Alex found suitable replacements to accommodate.

Never been before. Seriously impressed. Fantastic vegan selection and omg the brownies...to die for. Great staff, terrific atmosphere, right next to the tram stop and a huge car park and 2 min walk from centre of town.

I went in on Saturday with my two brothers and was disgusted with the treatment of the bouncer on the door. As we tried to leave at around 2:30am, they didn’t realise you could’ve leave with your drinks, and instead of the bouncer simply saying “you can’t bring them outside”, he grabbed my brothers jacket and threw it down the stairs in front of everyone at the door. Completely embarrassing and no need for it. Disgusting behavior and definitely won’t be returning.

Friday night we attended a cocktail making Masterclass with Tom, and to say we were a group of 12 18 year olds he was really attentive and made my friends 18th birthday an amazing night!! He was making games to win free shots etc. and this made it really enjoyable and interactive. Overall, he was an amazing host and would would really recommend it. Thanks Tom x

Nice place and cosy atmosphere, though staff got our order wrong and it took a while for my hot chocolate to come out

The service was excellent and with a beautiful smile, Kris was so attentive, topping up our drinks even before we'd asked. The food was delicious and there was a wonderful atmosphere in the restaurant. Kris should be given a pay rise for his fantastic service, we would 10 out of 10 recommend this to our friends. All Bar One, you've been phenomenal x

Tom lead our cocktail making class on Friday night and we couldn't have asked for a better evening. He was attentive and very patient with us (after a few too many drinks!) and made sure the birthday girl had an amazing night. If anyone is thinking about booking a class, just do it x
