This place used to be great but is now really rundown. Place is filthy, broken furniture and the female toilets look like something out of a horror film. Avoid.

Cool place for a drink but really needs tidying up, stuff fixing and the toilets renovating as itās pretty scruffy unfortunately.

I visited last night for the first time in years. When this bar was Saltwater it was really nice, great atmosphere and nicely decorated. Last night I was disgusted at how grubby and dirty the place is. The roof terrace looks terrible, seats are rusty and probably hazardous, tables are dirty and windows are filthy too. Didn't even stay to finish my drink!

Door staff make up entry prices and stated that there was a āprivate eventā on. One said it was Ā£10 and then the other one came along and said Ā£30. Not sure if they were trying to pull a fast one on our group or not.But by looking at the other reviews, Iām glad they put us off as it doesnāt look like itās worth going in. Looks like this place wonāt be open for much longer.

Unbelievably scruffy, if the have cleaning staff, they want sacking, it was good I'd tied my shoe laces tight or that ridiculously sticky floor would of pulled my shoes off. But at least i was able to work on my Michael Jackson smooth criminal dance moves, toilets shocking, furniture whats there shocking, looks like can't pay we'll take it away have called round. Time for an upgrade, won't be going back anytime soon.

My god as this place gone down hill. Went for 1 drink yesterday and I genuinely donāt think it was cleaned from the night before. The girls toilets were filthy!! Black marks from everyoneās shoes all over the floor, SICK in the sink, chewing gum left on the side, empty tablet packets.. It was truly disgusting! Then onto the room/dance floor itself, the booth seats are worn down and you could actually pull the back of them away, floor was coming up in areas, the stools were all worn, damaged and all rusty! It just looked like nobody has looked after this place and nobody cares. Shame because it was a booming bar when it first opened. Needs closing down and a revamp!š¤¢

Music was good unfortunately too loud to hold decent conversation. Not much of an atmosphere. Needed to scan QR code for cocktail menu, table we were at didn't have one so had to go looking for one. Ordered drinks which should have had a side of prosecco. No prosecco and the staff member didn't see an issue with this. It was early evening the place wasn't that busy, centre of Nottingham and you have no prosecco? How? We then had to speak to the manager for a refund and they were initially more interested in whether we had touched the drinks. Thankfully we hadn't, refund going to take a week. Needless to say a poor experience and we will not return. Used to be a great place when it was Saltwater!

I came in it with my friends for the amazing location. However, what I found it was a lazy bartender who gave me a dirty glass even if I showed her the lipstick on it. It ended with me agry and one of my friend who did not drink cause scared by possible infections(covid).

The worst service I have ever come across in my whole entire life. I have never experienced any restaurant as unprofessional as this. The venue is alright, but I would never go back there again.I went there for my 19th birthday with my friends, we all ordered a meal each. Some of the food came after 30 mins (which is already quite long), but the remaining food took more than an hour to come! It wasn't even busy at the time so I don't know why it took so long? It was also impossible to find a waiter/waitress if we needed more water or something because they all seemed to disappear so that they didn't have to deal with you. Or even if they were walking around the restaurant they would simply ignore you. This wasn't just my table (we weren't loud or noisy or anything like that), I also noticed they were like this to everyone else!I made the mistake of wanting to make a reservation here for my 21st birthday this year and it was absolutely appalling. The website said to contact them through a Facebook message, so I reached out to them that way first. When they did not respond in 3 days, I called the restaurant phone number and it went straight to an automated response! (I was getting the idea that absolutely no one wants to deal with customers). Anyways, I never got a phone call back, so I reached out to their Instagram page. Once again, I never got a reply! It took about 5 days for them to get back to me on Facebook, and even then the response was completely unprofessional. Although they acknowledged my message, they never proceeded to ask me for any of the details needed to make a booking, so I was left confused as to whether they even made a reservation for me. They didn't.I understand that the staff may not enjoy their job, but they don't even seem to pretend that they care. The food wasn't even worth it either.

Really, really liked this bar... All white, lovely roof bar terrace (it was a nice day) staff were friendly, bar staff particularly efficient too... Drinks weren't exorbitantly expensive and we had a great time! Very much would go back!
