Amigo's Pizza in Nottingham

Ordered a take out. Estimated time was given 30-45 mins. Order didn’t turn up and there was no update call on expected delays. Waited nearly 2hours when I was told 10-15 mins but food still doesn’t turn up. Imagine waiting in chilly morning and expecting a warm pizza and it doesn’t turn up in time and receiving a call from delivery guy but from wrong place. Received a phone call after nearly 2 hours and delivery guy was in wrong place. I do not recommend this place for late night pizza take out. They do not know how to deal with the customer expectation.

Don't order from this thief! Given the correct postcode that their driver couldn't find after over an hour, then refused the £45 refund!

First every bad review for food place in the UK. I usually don't complain and just don't order again but I feel sorry for anyone who tries this place.Terrible in every wayKebab looked rotten/weird. I tried one bit and had to spit it out.Burger was incorrect one.I was promised a reimbursement next time but then they failed to deliver and did not acknowledge the fact they made this promise.The boss is rude and told me I'm crazy for thinking hed say that... and treats workers and customers poorly alike.I would advise you to stay away completely from this buisness, not worth cost, health or trouble. Many better alternatives such as pizza supremo. It's my go to now because they always get it right and if in the rare case they don't, they'll do right by you.

Really nice pizza, I would definitely recommend, quality of the food was amazing, just forgot stuffed crust but I'd definitely order again.

Nice food but they send out wrong orders, regularly 😒 there's always sumet they missed off or you dint want, lack of care and organising, out of 3 orders 1 was wot I asked for

Most terrible service and delivery services available here. This is to to the general public don't waste your money and get deliveries from this terrific place.

Prices are increasing and the portions are smaller, as expected. I’m not sure it’s as much of a bargain as it was in the past. There are bigger portions for the same price close by. Amigos will always have a special place in my student heart!

Simply just terribe. Don't waste your money here, and don't risk your health with these foods.

Ordered in shop a type of kebab and was given something else. They cooked it and when I told them that that was not what I ordered they said I needed to pay extra to change it.What a disgrace !

Absolutely stay away from ordering from this place…!!!!!! I placed an order from this takeaway at 11.15pm it was confirmed was waiting over an hour so I decided to call them for them to say the delivery was on its way, I waited a further 20 mins to receive an email to say it was cancelled…! I am from out of town I was staying at the premier inn so need something to eat , the staff here are just so useless & very unreliable for someone to lie about my order is unprofessional they could of easily told me it wasn’t on its way tho they decided to lie what a waste of time …!!!!!!!!!! I would recommend Rynos on Alfreton Road in Nottingham absolutely fantastic stay away free Amigos pizza
