Curry’s all tasted the same, should of been medium-hot…but all very spicy. Samosa starter was like a Iceland frozen samosa in a party pack

My partner goes to collect a chicken bhuna every week. Tonight the 12 th off September 2020 his meal was full of salt and bits that were taste of coconut I'm sure they mixed up yet again but when on the telephone the man denied this my grandson thought it tasted diffrent and handed it to me in turn he tried and had to spit it out. From now on I will be using take away that caters for allergies they already know the order I'm so enjoyed that if they don't contact me back I will not even have food myself from there now I've had to give the child alergy relief medication so enjoyed alergy ppl I would not use them I also got my nan that never came with the order last week but came hour later

Without a doubt- this is the worst Indian takeaway I’ve ever been to. Ordered the set meal for two. The starters were microwaved, the curry’s were disgusting. Swimming in oil. A vindaloo that just tastes of coconut milk. Not got a clue

This is the worst takeaway I’ve ever had. If people think this is good then you need your head looking at. The vindaloo taste of just coconut- no spice whatsoever. It’s all re heated. Absolutely vile. The only think that was edible was the naan. Avoid at all costs

Placed an order with this restaurant through JustEat.It took over 90 minutes to deliver the food despite the order being placed during a quiet period. During my first call to the restaurant (after the anticipated delivery time had already passed) was told driver was 10 minutes away. The second time I called, about 20 minutes later, the call was answered by a very rude staff member who had no customer service skills whatsoever and was very argumentative, unhelpful, unpleasant and simply downright rude! Management need to listen to the call and ask themselves if they want someone like that dealing with their customers. As for the food, after it eventually arrived nearly 2 hours later, it was cold. I threw it straight in the bin because I was convinced - after dealing with that awful staff member - that he had most probably spat in it or done something even worse. I really would not put such disgusting behaviour past them!I use JustEat regularly and have never complained before even when orders have been wrong, because things can’t be perfect all the time, but this whole experience was horrendous. The only good thing was the way the customer rep from JustEat handled my complaint, which I was happy with.I would never use this restaurant again and would advise others not to waste their money either, instead spend it at other places who will appreciate your custom and who understand the importance of good service.
