Burger King in Nottingham

Burger king a fast food restaurant!!!!Its a disgrace to the fast food industry, they are anything but not fast, you got to wait 30 minutes to place an order then wait another 40 minutes for your order to get ready.Staffs are always smiling which is good, but its never enough of them working, you can see long queues of customers and drivers and no one is happy with the service.Long queues of customers will disappear as no-one wants to wait one hour in a fast food restaurant.Food is not a big issue, but the service needs to have a lot higher standards and waiting time needs to be like a fast food.My advice do deliveries on one platform or just stick with dine in and take ways, the way it’s managed right now its foolish to run a business especially if you want customers at late nights. You can’t think people are drunk you can make them wait ages, if you can’t handle it close the restaurant and go home early. You will pay less on your utility bills and you don’t pay for any staff as it seems like no one wants to hire anyone in this restaurant.

Got turned away at the door due to "too many" online orders sorry thought this was a fast food restaurant. I've seen McDonalds handle over 100 customers in store. This isn't the first time either. Awful.

Awful, 95 mins for a cold delivery of a chicken royals, burnt whopper. No option on Uber eats for a refund, I’ve been robbed for this order will never use again.

I've been here 3 times to give them the benefit of the doubt and each time received abysmal customer service and the wrong order. There was only 1 other customer so its not like the staff was overwhelmed.

Nothing wrong with the food, always fresh and tasty, but the restaurant itself doesn't look very well maintained and the layout makes social distancing almost impossible. We went during peak hours and the queue was super long but they were massively understaffed and looked quite overwhelmed.

Food was good & the wait time was minimal. Loved the veggie/plant based burger, I would certainly recommend it. 😋👌

Disgusting place. The floor is filthy, the tables don't look like they've been wiped down in days. Which is actually not surprising considering the amount of staff I saw working. Extremely busy Saturday evening, the order machines aren't working and there's 1 member of staff on taking orders, one calling out the number of the prepared order and from what I could see 2 people in the kitchen preparing the food. Seriously understaffed for how busy it is.It's prominently located right next to the Christmas Market too which makes it all the busier too.I would definitely advise you to avoid this branch of such a popular chain.

A suggestion to people running this place: clean it up please! Super messy and dirty. Tables are not clean and all the bins are stuffed to the top, so it’s not even possible to clean after yourself.

Came here on a Monday evening, so we were the only people inside at the time. Very friendly greeting from the server, who was efficient - and patient as we were undecided as to what we'd like. Finally settled on 2 double cheese burgers with extra bacon, fries and some halloumi fries too. Server said it was takeaway only, not sure why, but no problem, it was a nice evening and we could eat on Market Square. The food was good and fresh but to my surprise I had been given a single cheese burger- not a double. Don't know how they got it wrong- we were the only folk in there! Icould have gone back to change it, but I was tired, I have had to wait etc. etc. So I ate it - it was OK.But because of that, only 3 stars...Edit : After contacting BK customer services about the issue, I was given a voucher for a free whopper 😀. Very happy, upgraded to 5 * Thanks Burger King !!

I can only assume this BK is designed to cope with late night customers. For a day time visit it has all the appeal of having a meal in a bus station in terms of decor etc. Food was ok but lukewarm. Very depressing place.
