Caffe Nero - Trinity Square in Nottingham

A spacious cafe with high ceilings. Nice ambience. Better than other high street coffee chains.

Brilliant customer service from all staff, also has a fantastic range of barista drinks and food.

Little bit busy but still a few seats to choose from. Service was fast and friendly. Coffee good.

Visited twice today on trip into Nottingham first for coffee and second time for lunch. Staff very nice and efficient but credit to the tall, bearded guy with classes whose customer service was outstanding, thank you! Your book shelves could do with a dust though 😊

Worse Cafe Nero experience I’ve had. I always go there due to the loyalty rewards. I basically bought a Too Good To Go “Magic Bag”. I was due to collect between 18:30-19:30. I was already nearby so I stopped off for a flat white. The woman with brown hair was so blunt and rude. I apologised for giving a £20 note for a coffee and chucked the coins in my hand. The flat white I was given had loads of coffee grinds at the bottom and tasted watered down. Not a flat white at all and I drink a lot of them. Obviously they were busy and understaffed, trying to juggle a lot - I’m quite empathetic towards that. But then I waited 45 minutes to collect my magic bag (my first ever one mind you). So the women served me again and she replied “magic bag!?!” Then told the woman with blonde hair to sort out, she walked off to do pots instead, started slamming and banging around. I waited a few minutes just to be handed over the bag. It literally took the blonde woman 10 seconds to put it through. I left disappointed and will go to the one up the road where it’s a lot friendly and cosy. It’s a shame the staff treat other customers like this who aren’t even rude to them. We all know what it’s like to be treated badly by customers but don’t treat the ones who are polite to you badly.

Sorry to say neros Nottingham opposite Victoria centre was a disgrace. food on the floor,dirty tables and not cleaned away after last customers even had full used trays on seating.Maybe it was because I was used to the friendly clean local neros that I use, but still its no excuse.A shame as the coffee was good.

Best Caffè Nero in Nottingham in my opinion, always go with my mum for a little catch up :)The staff is so nice and attentive even though it’s always the busiest there.

I love Cafe Nero. It is the best chain coffee shop in the UK by far. The coffee is consistently good. The staff at this store are amazing, always so friendly and helpful. Service is quick. You never have to wait long even when the queue is long. The Christmas Mint Choc Chip hot chocolate is so good, and the luxury mince pies are to die for. Great reward system and great easy to use app. Until we get a Tim Hortons in the UK definitely my go to coffee shop. Great location and perfect outdoor seating for the mild, dry days. Great decor. What's not to like at this location. I highly recommend it ☕❤

I have coffee here regularly. It is my go to because not only is the coffee fabulous the team that work there are wonderful. They always greet me, remember which coffee I like which is excellent customer service and it is always service with a smile. It is evident that there is a great team spirit at this branch. They seem genuinely happy to be working there together - thank you all of you who serve me

I love Nero Caffe, BUT this one is the worst I have ever tried. The furniture is broken, the staff is not focused on the customer, the coffee is weak and tasteless, the toilet is not suitable even to animals... Please, run away of this coffee shop!
