It’s lower than standard!Been coming here for a while and seems like nothing changes. The food is ok.They have an old menu on the counter which I’ve been told does not have all new menu on it.The staff are less than friendly. The girl working on the counter needs a bit more training and understanding of good customer service. Lack of it at the moment. No cutlery, napkins handed out.Need to up your game Chaiiwala.Don’t think I’ll be wasting my money on this place anymore.Update in response to the managers response:I was told by your staff (the girl on the counter) that the menu I was looking at, at the counter was old and had not been updated. This is why I mentioned it in my original review. Also, regarding your self service area. I did look for napkins and knives first before approaching the counter to ask, as there were no napkins or knives stocked up at the self service area.

Different but very enjoyable drinks. The only thing stopping it from having full marks is that there are no outside seats, but the location doesn't really lend itself to that.

This is my go to place man never had an issues. Came in Sunday approx 10:30pm, there was a broken seal what you find on top of a pint of milk floating in one of the hot chocolates I ordered, Kinda put off. Good job I always take the lid off and drink otherwise wouldn’t of noticed.

It's a franchise. You know what you gonna get. Masala chai. Used to love it but finding it tastes slightly different nowadays. Not sure if they have changed anything in the formula. We still pop in when passing. By the way the staff in this store are super friendly. Really nice guys. Excellent service

Very very pre made non fresh basic food, at a premium price. Nice docor, but service was lacking, we was not even provided a plate each, four peoples food were all put in to one plate. Food was definitely not fresh and is reheated, although it tasted ok, at 6 to 7 pound a person, I expect freshly made food atleast. The chips were soggy and not crispy, the naan was microwaved and not stone baked like written in menu. Ok for a quick bite, but nothing else.

The food is okay, but the service is bad. We went twice in the evening, and both the times there was a girl for that shift. We requested her to clean the table four times. But she didn’t clean it even when our orders were ready. She kept cleaning it bits and parts- first she just picked up some tissues lying on the table and then disappeared again for ten minutes . Then she picked up the plates and disappeared again. The table was still dirty and we were still waiting for our order and we got fed up. She handed our orders arrogantly after that. We left after that since there was no clean table.

It is Okey, nothing special. We ordered different tea, cakes and Pastries but there wasn't a wow factor.Just another tea spot. They should make things of different taste and should ha e sometimes unique product to get more business.

The interior is pretty. Service good and fast. Everything's clean and hygienic. Although the taste couldn't match the basic expectations. The potato in the samosa was not well cooked. Could make the food better.
