Chillis in Nottingham

When we order from home and get it delivered the food is always amazing every time. Quick delivery and nothing to complain about what so ever. I highly recommend chillis to everyone 👍🏻😁

I carnt leave anything less then 1 star rating . The food came nearly 50 mins after the time I was given. I had spoken too someone on the phone he told he the drive had left I recieved my food 40 mins later and it was cold. I'm totally disgusted I will never order from them again what a waste off money and time

I've ordered from here a few times now, the food is mediocre to reasonable depending on what you get. All these people saying the food is amazing are clearly sheltered when it comes to curry, the food is nice but I always feel like it could be a lot nicer.If the price was reasonable I'd give them a 3, if they gave you free poppadoms too like a lot of the curry houses in Nott's I'd give it a 4 however their prices are utterly ridiculous, there's no complimentary poppadoms, the portion size doesn't impress, they are absolutely taking the pi*s out of you. You could literally eat in a resturant and have drinks for less and the food would be better!Don't waste your money, order from somewhere where they appreciate your custom and make an effort to be competitive in the curry market.

No naan came. They said one would follow so we waited. An hour later, no naan and a cold curry. Shambles.

Ordered a takeaway of tandoori mixed grill. Absolutely huge portion delivered..enough for 2 people for sure.. very prompt delivery and food was excellent

The best food in Nottingham been eating from here for many years never had a bad meal. Always arrives fresh and hot. Well done guys

Really nice tasting food but every time we order it arrives with some error. Usually a completely different dish arrives to one on the order (and usually mine!!) I suppose it's one way of trying new foods!First time it happened I called up and the staff couldn't have been more helpful, sending the right dish within a short time.Now we just play the Chillis roulette!

2 hours to arrive. Cold food. The food that arrived was tasteless and the popaddoms were stale and soft. Part of the order was forgotten and the driver had to nerve to ask did we really want our money back from him for the items he forgot. Used to be lovely but if I was a chef or owned this business I would ashamed of this quality.I made contact with the restaurant on the day of the order and had email communication with the. Over a 2 day period. I was asked to ring the manager to sort this out and was met with "you left a Google review and didnt come to us so your not getting a refund". The customer service from here is awful and I cant not tell people to avoid this place enough. Poor service, poor quality and the food has gone up in price but the food has dropped. Used to use this place regularly but will now find somewhere else.
