Costa Coffee Drive Thru in Nottingham

Staff is not friendly, atmosphere always feels tense. No smiles from staff members and they all look like they hate their jobs. Staff deliberately slow, almost as if they enjoy making people wait. No thank you or sorry about the wait( after waiting 15min for a latte with three people in front of me). I have been here a few times and every time I swear it will be my last one, but I think I am done now.

They’ve had major improvements, there’s a much wider choice of products now compared to a few years back. Inside is cosier and decor has been refreshed. The outside seating is my favourite thing about this branch. Some staff could be friendlier but there are others who are lovely.

Very slow service took 20 minutes to get served people behind got served first they had to reprint my order and I had to ask for our food to be cooked it was still sitting on the counter. The coffee was warm but the food was nice

Shame on costa, price increase once again, flat white gone up 25p, time to switch to starbucks or Tim hortons, or macdonalds. Third increase in last year, staff pretend to not know the increase. What a load of rubbish, you serve everyday you know all the prices of the items in your restaurants, and pretend that you didn't realise prices have gone up. Do you really think we your customers are STUPID. just be honest and say the company have put prices up again.

Never experienced any issue at costa untill now very disappointed with the customers service! I ordered a salted caramel frappe and was given a tiny amount of caramel on request i was charged to top it off wasn't given any toppings which is require on my order the Manager was very rude and called me aggressive so refused anything else I won't be visiting this Costa again!! Very shocking!!

Very poor service. Not professional stuffs 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼Day by day getting worse, yesterday I went there I asked the girl for latte it was doesn’t look like latte , she pulled the cup of on tray the latte drop off on the tray. She gave me the dirty tray . Please I have a request from the costa office manager to discuss with the stuffs . Otherwise I will complain to the Nottingham city council about healthy and safety. Because is not safe for the people in Nottingham.They are very slow worker . The coffee shop and tables are unclean most the time people are trying to clean the tables in there self. 35-40 minutes to get served and receive my drink. Other customers next to me were also shocked, its like we were forgotten about for a good 10 minutes, while they just served drive thru customers. Cant use the excuse that there wasnt enough staff on either, because I counted at least 6 people which should be adequate. I wont be returning here!!!

While coffee was great, customer service poor.No lacto free choices. The barista sounded very frustrated like he was forced to work and sounded rude.
