Costa Coffee in Nottingham

Not to busy. Staff were friendly. Service was excellent

One of the smaller costa coffees. But polite staff, good range of cakes and snacks. Great views over market place, a downstairs area, disabled loo and unisex loo downstairs. Staff busy cleaning tables between customers. Worth a look

Went in for a drink and a snack after finishing work. Got seen to and servers quickly and was able to find a table.

Brought food porridge was luke warm when told staff they were so unfriendly and gave sharp remarks. Will have to think about returning

Really nice costa! Although sometimes the downstairs seating is not open which is annoying as there is not a lot of upstairs seating !

After complaining to head office about the additional seating being closed downstairs, they are still keeping it closed apparently because they are short staffed.So forget having a seat, relaxing during lunch etc you either have to sit with strangers in a crowded upstairs during covid or takeaway.Worse store for customer service in Nottingham.

Thoroughly enjoyed sandwiches and tea.Comfortable seats,good service by pleasant staff.

Excellent cortado coffee that was served rapidly.

Small, crowded, shabby (in need of decoration), broken furniture and dirty. Will look for an alternative when we need to sit indoors somewhere in Nottingham again for a quick lunch. Food and drink ok and sure staff were trying their best but not impressed.
