Costa Coffee in Nottingham

Tracey was wonderful, helped me redeem a voucher code and was really friendly, overall wonderful and speedy customer service.

Good friendly service at Costa coffee. My Chocolate Fudge Brownie Fraape tasted amazing!

Really nice place to just swung by and chill with a coffee. Great staff, easy access. Always clean and smart.Easy disabled access as well which for this type of place is good. Also good to just chill while awaiting local transport.

Nice and clean but customer service very bad I know it’s busy here part from one employee call Jasmin every one els look so miserable and no smiles on there face if u ask for anything they’re look not happy I personally don’t like look at ppl angry face specially when I play for it I’m not happy and never use this store again even tho I’m big fan of Costa coffee.

The ladies who served me were super friendly and efficient.The coffee shop was clean and airy.I will definitely be back.☺️

Fantastic Staff especially the manager she is an absolute gem of a person always makes you feel special as a customer and goes out of her way to make sure you are happy.Really nice Costa to visit very consistent with good service with good staff.

Ordered a white hot chocolate. Had to repeat that I wanted to stay in and that I didn’t want cream on my drink several times as staff member was shouting over to her friend in the queue. Quite frankly the volume hurt my ears. My weak drink was then handed to me in a take out cup. Hopeless!

This store is always very busy and therefore it can take a while to get served. However the coffee is good, with a good range of food and cakes so well worth it. I prefer the Costa on Goldsmith Street as it is never as busy and always seats available but for the takeaway I wanted today, this was just fine.

Must say, the staffing has improved in here, didn't feel this time like we were suhfulled along like cattle, coffee, good as always 😉

I came in to this Costa today with two vulnerable people who’m I was caring for.I told them to sit down while I got some drinks. One of the female staff shouted at them not to sit down because it’s only take away service. I was so taken back by the ferocity of her shouting that I decided immediately to leave and went to John Lewis instead. Here we were able to sit down without any problem and were treated with due decency.I went to a Costa on Mapperley Top in Nottingham yesterday and there was a sit down service in there and the staff are always polite. This will be the last time I go into Victory Centre Costa.Neil Allen
