Creams Cafe in Nottingham

First visit today, Nice place, and very impressed with what we ordered which were mango mania and totally minted ice cream. Only one suggestion, would be great if there are Vegetarian symbol in non 'vegan menu' too as i had to ask the person in the till if what we ordered its suitable for vegetarian apart from that perfect. Would definitely come back again.

The service is quite good. We were seated when we walked in by friendly staff, given a menu and directed to place our order at the till when ready. There are different varieties to choose from (waffles, crepes , cakes, milkshakes, smoothies etc) and items on the menu can be customised for you at an extra cost.The wait time wasn't very long and the waffles tasted good, they are prepared fresh for each order and come with ice-cream at the side. The milkshake was also amazing, just the right amount of thickness. Will definitely recommend!

Food was delish, we all made our own bubble waffles and they were huge. Great selection of ice cream and sorbet. Was a bit hard to find on Google maps for out of towners but very close to a movie house/entertainment centre so made for a good day out. Decor was dark but nice, food came out quickly. You order at the till but food is brought to your table.

The waffles from Creams are next level! I’ve had some pretty good waffles in my time, but this place completely towers above the rest. We travel here regularly from Lincoln just for this reason only :D if you love waffles, make sure you pay Creams a visit! The staff are very friendly and helpful too.

Most of the time the desserts are great here and the prices are pretty reasonable. There are a couple of times where I’ve been disappointed with what’s been served to me but in general the desserts here are tasty and filling. The service is fast and the staff are friendly. The presentation of the desserts is great! The hot chocolates can be a bit sickly so I wouldn’t recommend having it alongside a dessert

I had a nutty bonoffee waffle and it was amazing. The actual waffle itself was so soft and filling and is absolutely massive. There was so much sauce on my waffle yet still it didn't even taste the slightest bit sickly. You definitely get your moneys worth at this desert shop. It's better than any shop in Nottingham. I highly recommended it!

Got bulker milkshake and Mrs got a nutella crepe. Firstly, the milkshake. really warm. It's not difficult to acquire cold milk. Then the taste. The servers were clearly not familiar with this beverage, as the taste was awful. The waffle was still mushy and quite dough like around the edges. Undercooked and disgusting. Would not recommend.Edit: once we complained , a refund was given for the crepe. I didn't ask for a refund on the shake but I informed the gent it was warm. He denied this and said "that's impossible"Still would not recommend

Massive portions... great quality food... if you want to mess up your diet the come to creamscafe. The staff are nice, plenty of seats. Very clean 👌👌

Great service amazing gelato ice creams to choose from.The best cookie dough I've tried in Nottingham they have a children's menu here which is great as other dessert theme places don't, the freak shake was nice but not the best I've tried but over all a brilliant place to bring the family and friends.

Nice to see happy, approachable, friendly staff, and going the extra mile as well! The team is bigger.... The others were to shy to pose 😀!! Excellent food, prompt and well presented. Happy to help you choose, make recommendations, and explain the menu.
