I enjoyed a yummy Hot Dog at this restaurant with ketchup, after the staff specifically asked me if I wanted any extras! The millionaire's shortbread milkshake was something unique and delicious, suitably coming with a plastic lid that I could put my metal straw through. Me and my friend were given order numbers by the staff, who were friendly and served us in a reasonable time. We found the seating comfortable and our table had been kept clean, though the restaurant would be better without an open kitchen because seeing the food-making process is unpleasant.

Me and some friends ordered food individually and received our milkshakes after 10 minutes then after another 20 minutes asked when our food would be ready and we’re told that it was being sorted in order even though people that ordered 20 minutes after us received theirs first. Then we went up and asked when it would be ready and an employee said nice try boys and scrunched up our receipts and told us to leave

The chips were great, as I’d heard and expected: crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, skin-on. However, I’m not sure they are worth £4.50 for a small cone and have had nicer chips from other places for cheaper. The pricing in general is over the top and does not reflect the quality of the food, which me and my boyfriend found to be unsatisfactory. These are comments about the general Five Guys menu, but I would say that it is really awful for vegetarian options. The only veggie thing you can get is a ‘veggie sandwich’, or ‘veggie sandwich with cheese’, which is what I got. It’s just a lot of vegetables, all of which it says on the menu you can add to burgers for free, crammed in a bun with a bit of American cheese and no sauce or seasoning. It was not pleasant at all, I couldn’t eat all of it. The cheese was also strange with the vegetables, not a nice combination. I think Five Guys should offer a veggie patty or veggie meat substitute of some kind, like almost all other fast food restaurants now do, including McDonalds, Burger King, KFC. My boyfriend also got the hotdog and said it was extremely soggy, plain and messy, not worth the price.Secondly, I’d heard good things about Five Guys service as my friend works there and reports that they take customer service very seriously. The service in this one was mixed. The lady who took my order was extremely unfriendly, barely speaking a single word to me and looking really annoyed the whole time for an unclear reason. She may have been having a bad day and that’s fine, but it doesn’t feel great. It was also a good 20 mins from when we ordered till our food was ready. Then, a man who I asked for cutlery was lovely, helpful and attentive. The customer service experience therefore equals out to average for me.One last thing, the seating was quite nice but the tables were really quite dirty, as was the floor. I think they should be more vigilant about cleanliness and would expect more for the price, again. Most McDonalds I’ve been to are significantly cleaner.

Im still not 100% sold on the burgers, they are good, but for the price, I'd expect better. The milkshakes on the other hand are amazing.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was ordering our food today at 12.45, when my child needed the toilet. I asked where the toilet was. Their response was "you have to be a customer to use the toilets"Sorry, what? I was in the middle of ordering food. That surely qualifies me as a customer."You have ta give us ya money" was her response to this.I walked out and took my custom to Burger King instead who had way better customer service standards.I DM Five Guys on Facebook about Nottingham and their response was "its a policy that you are not a customer until you give us your money"Wow, epic fail

Cleanliness of the restaurant at the time of visit was not great. Although the establishment had over 12 members of staff in the preparation area, not a single cleaning personnel was present to ensure tables were wiped and sanitised. The quality of the food was great and I have no complaints. A place best for quick dining and experiencing the whole Five Guys experience. I might come again.

The burger was great, the chips not so much. My biggest problem was the price. £9 something for a bacon burger. It cost nearly 40 quid for a meal for 2. That was just coke etc for a drink no milkshakes.

As usual at five guys you get great service & the best burger in the world. Nothing beats five guys for the freshness & taste & the fries are just perfect.

It was pretty average for a place to dine.Fast food a little better seating than an eat in takeaway. The chips are really tatsy. They do refill with pop from self serve machine. The peanut butter and salted caramel milkshake is delicious if you like that sort of thing

First time trying from the Five Guys breakfast menu and you can really taste the quality. Egg wasn’t messy, the bacon was crispy and added such a good texture along with the cheese which doesn’t taste plastic. I had the Bacon, Egg and Cheese Sandwich. Seems expensive but it’s just so worth it every time ! So glad they deliver to me now - Also a girl rang us to ask a question about our order. The staff always deliver impeccable customer service. 5 star ⭐️
