We were really impressed with Frankie and Benny's when we last went. We've had a few not so positive experiences in the past but thought we'd give them a go again and were pleasantly surprised. It was crazy busy yet we were seated promptly (booked in advance) and served so fast it was almost unreal. The food came out all at the same time for our table of 4, piping hot and well presented. Staff were attentive and friendly. Really impressed.

Just finished my daughters birthday meal there with the family, Food was brilliant rich in flavours. Only given 4stars because they still have no Aspall cider,waiting team are doing a very good job.

Went with my kids for lunch the other week. Really great food, love the hot dogs by the way. But there was a bogie on the side of my daughters cup and I know for a fact it wasn’t hers.

Me and my partner came in here yesterday evening and was served by a lovely man James. He was honestly amazing and dealt with all our needs, we told the manager on the way out how fantastic his service was. As well as this the food was delicious, both mains and desserts and we can't wait to return! 5 stars!!!

Food was alright, I guess. For some reason, they gave our table a extra side order of sweet potato fries (that for some reason costs £4 for a small bowl?!) that we didn't even order. I ordered a HOT fudge cake and another family member ordered the HOT cookie dough, but both came out completely cold, ruined the experience of what was SUPPOSED to be eating a hot dessert with cold ice cream. Don't think I would come back again tbh.

Despite the fact that this place was busy, we had such a fantastic time as a family. The place was clean and once the tables were available, they were cleaned immediately. The staff worked and coordinated very well. The food and drinks were delicious. We had Mac & cheese ,chips, Classic beef lasagne, Ultimate mixed grill ,Crispy BBQ chicken burger and different types of drinks.The place is wheelchair friendly. There is also a hand sanitisation stand just by the door.

The staff friendly and very helpful, the food was lovely to. My daughter is dairy and gluten intolerant and Alex our waiter was very good in checking that the food she had chosen was okay for her to eat. Even the manager was double checking. Want to thank them for making our meal enjoyable and to recommend them.

This was my first visit to a Frankie & Benny's. To be honest I was expecting better. The price of the meals were high considering the quality of the food, the presentation of it and the state of the run down premises. The food was OK and edible but not worth the £14 for a burger which wasn't all that. As I said being honest I've had better burgers from wetherspoons for half the price with a drink included. They are what they but at least its not trying to be something it's not. I've spent £14 on burgers elsewhere like reds true bbq and did not feel how I did here. It's not about the price but the added value or experience and if they match up its fine. This was far from that though.The menu, presentation of the food, plates, and whole dining experience needs a complete overhaul or the prices need to come down to wetherspoons pricing structure to accommodate the short falls.

We came here to eat before seeing a film at the nearby Showcase cinema as the website advertised a 30% discount if you showed a cinema ticket for a film that day. Of course, with new COVID-19 restrictions, the ticket was a print at home version. The manager would not accept this because it "wasn't a proper ticket". Luckily I had my NHS card and got a 20% discounted. I complained to F&B on Twitter and got a £10 certificate to use next time because the manager should have given the discount.Food was very good. The mixed grill being worth the cost. It had everything in the 8oz sirloin steak meal plus 4 bbq wings, a breast of chicken, a rack of ribs and more fries for only an extra £4. I couldn't finish it!
