Always out of something whatever the time, just opened still have no hot sandwiches etc because toaster is broken, or this is broken. Got to wait ridiculous amount of time to get something you want because they Ubuntu prepped it and hoped you wouldn’t order it so then have to wait 20mins to bake your bake :( get better staff please

Decided to give myself a well earned break sat down to my coffee and food staff were helpful and courteous when the place became full of school children who were a lot bigger than i am, they hovered near me for too long.This made nervous it was lunchtime. Guess you got to pick your times more carefully.

As usual, quick queuing, socially distanced of course and steak bakes a must. Only problem, which is a nice problem, the gamble, hot steak bakes or cold steak bakes, or wait for the next dreamy batch. Both were really hot and crusty.......perfect!!

This greggs has no customer service at all me and my mum went in on Wednesday to get a hot drink and a breakfast cob and we was waiting in the queue and there was a staff member called Elaine quite old. And she has done this loads of times now and I am sick of it. Every time we get to the till she quickly walks away and goes in the back of the shop. Now I think she is a very nasty person and bad at customer service and she should be sacked. But the rest of the staff are very helpful and nice.

Always limited and food luke warm, Asda provide warmer food, Which is a shame as Greggs should think what products to display in accordance to morning people and lunch time etc. May be improvement tips are needed
