Jimbos in Nottingham

Placed a order online they took the money but never sent the food....I've been ringing them for 3 days straight to sort the problem and not once have they answered the phone to resolve this situation,really gutted as I usually love ordering from here.

Watched them microwave my Donner kebab meat.in front of me, with almost no other orders. I wouldn't go here if you want to leave the toilet the next day

We popped in after hearing Jimbos had been nominated for an award. Was not disappointed. We had vegetarian and a tandoori chicken...really tasty, hot and not too greasy. Definitely worth a try.

Ordered a Grande with chips and pitta. Donner chicken mix with mild chillie. The pitta wasn't cooked There was a couple of bits of doner meat, the chicken was in tiny pieces and covered in mint yoghurt,salad was the top of a tomato where the stalk was and a few strands of lettuce. Chips weren't bad. Wished I took a photo it was sad

never clean your grill soot ? first I thought it was herbs never expect that like eating coalkebab was breaking my teeth you need good clean your grill before placing kebab can't feed my 12 years old kid can you eat soot ? First and last for me 🤮

Burnt pizza :(Over the years I’ve been a huge fan of Jimbo’s but they let me down last week when my margarita pizza arrived extremely overcooked. My friend’s pizza was perfectly fine, but my one was clearly left in the oven for too long.Messaged Jimbo’s directly via their Facebook page and sent a photo to see if there was anything we could do to resolve it - e.g. send a new one, or a discount voucher for next time etc. They opened the message pretty quickly, but did not reply. Not even a generic ‘We’re so sorry, we will ensure this doesn’t happen again’ kinda thing. Poor customer service, so unfortunately this will be the last time I order from them.

Best takeaway in Nottingham! I find myself coming here so often because its so good and addictive. I always get the chicken burger, lamb donner and chips deal for £7 (proper bargain). They have loads of sauces and vegetable options too and overall its just incredible. The chilli cheese bites are to die for I love them. I've heard good things about their cookie dough and garlic bread too, but I am yet to try them. Omar is a great owner - super friendly, is always cracking up jokes and will make sure your order is perfect every time. I highly recommend this place especially if you live nearby - It is perfect after a night out at the white hart pub literally just down the road. Jimbos is also open until 4am most days, which is a true blessing for those late night cravings.

Jimbo's is genuinely the best takeaway place in Nottingham hands down. Somehow always end up going there most weeks, not only cause of the amazing food but the manager Omar. He is very charismatic and helpful. Would highly recommend the chicken burger £7 meal deal, with which you get some donner meat, chips and a drink can as well. Will continue to go here for a very long time.

Not getting Jimbo’s ever again. Me and my friend got the kebab and chips deal and we have both come down with food poisoning. Food Health Inspectors need to have a look at this place! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Top service and great food. For a fast-food joint the facilities are clean and modern. It gives the feel it’s well invested and the staff are helpful and friendly.In terms of price, it is average but the food is above standard, more alike to a restaurant. It is perhaps the only local joint that serves a variety of desserts, Cooke in-store. I highly recommend.
