Shame that it's gone! Useful stop without having to trek through the store! I don't struggle with my walker through the store to the cafe/restaurant.

John Lewis has changed to try and keep up with modern times but have lost their quality service. It certainly is not the cheapest café in the Centre.

Expensive.. And waited too long for our order to arrive... Very disappointed after paying £16 for 2 coffees and two small slices of cake

Great coffee and range of tempting cakes. Seats quite widely spaced more room to move than in some of the chains.

Terribly dirty, tables uncleared awful coffee that just tastes of hot milk, cutlery unclean to the extent that I took it to them to show them and the woman just shrugged and said "that's our dishwasher I'm afraid" awful.
