Staff are friendly and kind and ok verwrked there tbh fod t ok po k over 12 mins and was cold when received as most order was bagged up on the side waiting on something t ok he fair they put extra sides in for the wait but I rather the hot burgers food quality is a KFC issue now personally the food change all restaurants,staff are awesome at this restaurant not there thought they only got 2 hands so disappointed with KFC bosses thoese 2 brothers putting riches before quality

Still waiting in a queue to be served after 30 minutes. Absolutely disgusting xxThese premises clearly need a competentPerson to sort the place out? It doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. Never Again 🤬

Asked for a variety bucket got home to have 10 peaces of chicken and chips and payed £21 for!! To then eat it and theres no flavour what so ever on the chicken it is just battered not southern fried! Theres no contact details to ring and sort this out! I dont live near by to just go back and change it! All vile do not get from here!

No contact number for this restaurant. Ordered a 6 piece bucket meal. Looked in the bag. No drink. The chicken barley warm. I will be phoning the customer care team for a refund for the drink tomorrow. Not happy wont be ordering delivery again

Hot and new cooked nice quality fried chicken, Gravy Double/Triple Bucket is the most cost efficient group deal currently i think. Least $$ for most amount of chickens. With extra drinks as well. You could ask the counter to change the fries to Gravy if you wanna.

We ordered a delivery from here through deliveroo. Really poor, everything mid warm. No chips for one of the meals, the other hardly any. Pineapple stick for the kids meal missing. Really would not bother ordering from here again. Would rather they had cancelled the order than give us what came.

Amazing!The Staff were really nice and friendly. It looked very clean and tidy and is a really nice place to go and eat.The person on till was really friendly and we had a laugh about a bag of Mayonnaise which really made my day.I'm defiantly going to go there again soon!

Slow service, food all over the floor and generally looked uncared for. Manager was sat at a table on a laptop and seemed oblivious to the state of the restaurant. The food was fine, managed to hit my weekly sodium intake in one handy meal.

Meal was provided quickly in a surprised and at interesting speed was happy that the chicken piece included with my box meal was boneless with the zinger meal.For once with a KFC restaurant included my included sauce as asked for and kept the whole meal hot for my train journey home to London.Will defiantly keep coming back to this branch who manage to get my order right in a quick and orderly manner compared to the London spots that have struggled with fast orders and including the sauce that I paid for with my meal.
