KFC in Nottingham

Reasonable waiting time, polite staff, yummy meals though they need to tidy up just little bit more (seems cleaners were on break).

Had a great experience, vydia made sure my order came out quickly and was so lovely and polite

Definetly it is not a fast food. Rather a slow food. I have waited more than 15 mins for my menu to be deliver. Also they did not give me what i paid. I told this to the guy that serv the food and he told me he has no time. Very disapointed and i will never go there.

The staff seemed happy, I could hear them all laughing and bantering with each other in the back and they all seemed like they got on with each other. It was nice to see, I’ve been a food service worker before and I know the stress. It was nice to see them not stressed and actually enjoying their jobs

So, not only do the staff stink and not wash their hands, but I went to kfc in town and I ordered a meal with fries, please tell me why I’ve gone into my popcorn chicken box to find some grains of the spicy rice in it, I went down to the staff at the counter and was told that it wasn’t rice when I felt it and it had the same texture as rice, the staff didn’t do anything about it and denied it, even said that the food is prepared in a different station, if the same scab is preparing both foods it doesn’t matter weather it’s it’s in Sweden or Buckingham palace the guys hands are gonna be dirty and cause cross contamination.Manager, teach your staff how to wash their hands and stop employing such scruffs

Seating arrangement is poor. 2 kids buggies in the restaurant meant that everyone had to keep shuffling chairs while eating to allow people past. Half the menu isn't available to order here. 2 broken order machines. This KFC is beat down.

We ordered a delivery from here through deliveroo. Really poor, everything mid warm. No chips for one of the meals, the other hardly any. Pineapple stick for the kids meal missing. Really would not bother ordering from here again. Would rather they had cancelled the order than give us what came.

One star. It's misleading. One star is really zero. Because you can't leave no stars. This place doesn't deserve any stars at all.The place was filthy. I covered the table with napkins but the grime was still under there.I opened my box of chicken and chips. There wasn't much in there but it took me a while to spot the chicken. One of my kids pointed it out to me. Have a look at the picture. It's the box before I touched anything in it.The two kids meals were much better. I should have had a kids meal too. I would have been better off. They at least got a drum stick.The corn was tasteless, soggy and cold. The beans were OK. The ice-cream had a plastic taste to it. They left it.The drinks were 90% ice cubes.The place smelled foul. I opened the toilet door, stepped back and closed it again. The stench was too much!As I stood there, trying to get my breath, two boys ran out. They were heaving. One bent over, doubled up. It was overpowering!I've come across some bad toilets over the years. I once found a toilet that was a hole in a concrete floor. It was in Egypt. The locals just aimed in the general direction of it. In that heat, it was bad. The toilet in KFC was like that.The hairs in my nose were trying to tie themselves in knots! I don't know how they stay open. It can't be healthy. The place is a grotty dump.The food is not what you come to expect from KFC.Find a different KFC. I don't think that there's another one in the city centre. There's plenty of other places to eat though. I won't be going back inside this KFC again. It is a horrible place.I'm sorry to give such a bad review. I tell it like it is.

Fast and quick service, great tasting food as always. Upstairs floor area provides more spaces to eat in.

Was starving so nipped in here for a boneless banquet with my daughter who's seven, their is enough food to share that's why I always buy this mealThe gravy is the best but wish they bought back the fries but hay ho for £6.49 I'm not grumbling!!!! Excellent service aswell from Sophie, I had only just paid and my food was ready!!!! Really quick and efficient service, will be returning.
