Five of us for lunch and had three courses for £15.95! Can't fault the food, was good, service excellent and lovely atmosphere. Will definitely return. Thanks to all the staff for looking after us.

First and also my last time at this restaurant. The soup was awful.Dirty glass. The main course I ate (Chicken Chasseur that's in the photo) nothing special in terms of flavor (the beans were undercooked).Little space between tables.Too expensive for the poor quality of food served.

Menu on the outside said, before 18:00 two courses for just under 14 pound,(seemed like a sweet deal) went in, sat down, the bench near the window where they sat us looked horrible, and dirty (I've seen old garage sofas in better condition) we ordered a diet coke each, then asked about the offer on the menu as it wasn't on the one inside, they said they weren't doing that right now(even though it was advertised)So we waited for our drinks and looked at the menu, the cokes came and there were two glasses and two glass bottles of normal coke(we ordered diet but we weren't too fussed about that) the bottles were sticky on the outside, the glasses had dirt on the inside, and the coke was flat. It looks like they were passing them off as fresh coke bottles, when it clearly wasn't(it was more the fact the coke bottles were dirty and sticky on the outside that concerned us), they hadn't been washed and there's bound to be people that drink straight from the bottle. Asked the waitress for two clean glasses, took about 5 minutes just to get them, in the end we decided not to eat there as just the drinks alone put us off

This was an awful experience tonight!!!Myself and my partner had a lovely meal two years ago but, sadly today the experience was poor to the extreme. We ordered a sirloin and a rump. The sirloin was off and so we sent it back. The waiter asked why we were returning it and so we told him that there was something wrong; it tasted old and bad. When the bill came I noticed they had still charged £19 for the sirloin. When I questioned why they were still charging they said "there was nothing wrong with it!".So, I asked for the bill to be reduced as we had not eaten the dish. Yet again another member of staff was adamant saying the steak was good. Can you believe the awful customer service? My partner couldn't eat the steak but they argued the steak was perfect!Eventually they reduced the bill but only after they had totally spoilt the evening. Honestly, I have had better steaks at a local pub and will never eat in this place again. They have lost two customers and probably many more as we will not recommended this place to anyone.

Came here today for lunch for my birthday.I have been quite a few times in the past and really enjoyed my meal. Although today I was very disappointed as it seems things on the menu had changed. Before the chorizo was individual little sausages today they were slices with lots of fatty bits . They didn’t taste pleasant. I decided to go for the beef bourguignon and at nearly £17 I was so disappointed 3 pieces of tough beef a lump of mash potato and a hard roasted carrot on top. I was gutted as I was really looking forward to a nice meal . I will not be returning any time soon I think the standards have dropped massively

The food was excellent, the staff was very nice and welcoming, I will be coming back. Being French I have a slight bias against going to French restaurants abroad because they tend to be expensive and bland, but I went to Bistrot Pierre because I felt like eating some food from my home and I regret having waited so long to try it. The starter was good, the Poulet Chasseur was delicious, and the crème brûlée was to die for. And since it was an early dinner it only cost around £30 for two people.

Great food (although could have been a bit warmer!) Unfortunately the service makes for a lower scores. Very very rushed, we'd only been looking at the menu for 2mins before being harassed to order (no offer of drinks first)Then plates cleared away whilst still chewing the last mothful of food. All that said, the actual food was nice, but not quite warm enough (ie it didn't need any cooling when it came out, so turned cold very quickly)We left due to the rushed feeling which really spoilt what could have been a nice meal.

I really loved my visit here in this lovely restaurant. the food is good value for money and Baz who works here is really friendly and helpful in selecting a good wine for me. She's an excellent waitress. All good in this restaurant. Definitely worth a pop in of you are feeling hungry in the city of Nottingham

We had not booked, but they found us a table. The staff a friendly and went through the menu. The food was lovely, well presented and tasted divine. Everything arrived in a timely manner with a smile. The bill was very reasonable and I would highly recommend a visit.

Top quality french restaurant with a great customer service. Ricardo the GM was really kind and professional! We'll be back.
