McDonald's - Castle Marina in Nottingham

Got my little one a happy meal and asked for sauce as per her request, I made error not checking the bag b4 driving away. No sauce and my little miss was distraught other than this food and main service was fine.

I tried the McPlant out of curiosity. If I didn't know I'd assume this was a cheeseburger. Far better than expected, if a little pricy compared to meat. The actual 'burger' is swamped in the usual relishes, salad, and pickle, so it's not exactly a surprise it tastes like a generic McDonalds meal.

I went in for 9 chicken nuggets tell me why I got 6, when I asked for the rest and the lady was rude, one of the grill workers was questioning why I want my extra 3 that I paid for. The service was just horrible not my fault you guys can’t count, at least I can count to nine x

It's was ok, for a quick stop and snack. But to be honest, i wasn't all that impressed. The burger NEVER seems to look anything like the picture your shown!! Always looks (& sometimes tastes) as though it's been sat on! Why is that?

Close to work which is handy. Easy to order on the big screen, & you can opt to have someone bring it to your table which all have numbers so they know where to find you. Even tho l'd still lost my sense of taste, the food was fine & not cold, because sometimes the chip's can be cold.

Ok, my experiences at McDonald's are usually positive, however there is always one that kills you off .... This was it.. burger almost warm, it tasted like it had come out of the 1970s.. fries that so hard that you could use them to build models from oh and don't start me off on the milk shake, it was the consistency of water. I tried to complain, but was fobbed off with 'its always like that when it's cold' ... Sorry McDonald's you really need to train your franchises better..

I hate leaving negative reviews, but i am sorry an organisation like McDonalds should be better. On pretty much every occasion i have been here, they have messed up my order by either getting it wrong, not having it 'available', serving food too cold, or missing items. In comparison to other mcdonalds drive through this one is shocking. disappointed

A nice McDonald's with plenty of seating.... if they would open downstairs. As a customer I'd like to have the option to sit downstairs as its so drafty on the ground level from the two entrances.The food was made quick and the cleaner was doing a marvelous job at sanitising the tables after people had eaten.

Was busy when visited. Used self order kiosks which were fine to order from. Service at counter was slow, order numbers being prepared disappeared from the display and never appeared on the ready to collect display as this was full of legacy orders which had not been removed. Items such as Fanta that had been ordered from the self service kiosk could not be provided. No ketchup available, only curry sauce. Fries were not warm. Big Mac was reasonable. It was not 'fast' food but filled a need and was cheap.

Took quite a long time to make my veggie wrap of the day, 13: minutes!Not many inside the restaurant, but the drive thru was busy. Asked for an extra sauce, no problem.Had a cappuccino instead of usual Flat White.
