Mcdonald's Restaurants in Nottingham

I've not been in this macdonalds for a while its clean tidy not to busy . I will happily go back to it again

Although it was a brief stop, it was very pleasant. My little one managed to knock over a fresh coffee on the table and make a "bit" of a mess. The staff were absolutely wonderful about the mistake. They were very kind about the situation, not even slightly judgemental, and even replaced the coffee for my sister. They made my little one chuckle, and they were extremely friendly to her despite the additional task of cleaning a spillage. A lovely blue balloon made her day, too. Even though it was busy, the service was still quick, and the staff were very friendly. Wonderful service.

Every day is another meal . Only at McDonald's.

Service is fairly quick and good is as good as you might expect from McDonald's. Definitely a good place to go, decent portion sizes and a good variety on the menu.Restaurant is clean and tidy, and the toilets aren't too bad in comparison to other venues. Can get very busy.

Generally this is a very good McDonalds with very few errors on orders and I can happily recommend this place. Do be aware however that it does on occasion close early, which is a surprise due to its location and the footfall that passes by. Not a massive negative but a bit of a let down when you really fancy a burger after having a few drinks.

workers do not wear gloves. I saw them grabbing patties or chicken pieces and wrapping bread with their bare hands.the burgers are disgusting. some were burned or had no taste. fries are not fresh and tasted like frozen fries.food on the floor. no one cleans.

Food is good... They did not give any trays for dine in which was a problem. The staff was polite and quick. Didn't had to wait for long in the queue for the food. Restroom are clean as well

The food was actually warm .and presented well .correct amount of salt on fries. Far far different to the Mc Donald's at Bobbers Mill where food is (always cold) and tastes disgusting

I came in today, I ordered a strawberry milkshake at the kiosk, picked it up at the front, and I took it outside and it turned out to be banana (even though it was pink but probably banana got into it) and I'm highly allergic, so I took it back, they were very quick to replace it. Took it outside and it was banana again, took it back and explained what happened and said can I have a refund as I'm highly allegric. They gave me my money back and gave me a bottle of water as I was not feeling well, the manager was very kind and told me to give her a call later if anything happened, I though this incident was very ridiculous for McDonald's, do they never clean the machines?? I will admit the manager was lovely but I will never return again

Since I was in the street of Nottingham (a city that I have always liked, because it knows how to tell us its story, through its austere and ancient buildings that surround it), at lunch time, I thought it appropriate (to have a quick snack),to stop at the MC DONALD'S. I can say (with real pleasure )that despite the fact that there were many people queuing at the till to order the food; my wait for the order was quick and....in a short time,to have my favorite food. Although there had been many customers to serve, the cleaning of the room has always been excellent and the staff,despite the amount of work, has always been friendly with all customers. To conclude this review of mine; I can recommend it,with absolute certainty, to all those who are in that area of the city and who want to have a quick meal.
