McDonalds in Nottingham

Staff very polite food came really quick enough seating downstairs for pushchairs food is good quality all the staff are helpful no matter what there job is to do

Open very late and the order went very fast at 1am ( maximum 10min of waiting)

Staff are very friendly! I love going there when I'm at College with friends! My only issue is the wait time but there's a wait time for nearly all McDonald's no matter where you go so it doesn't bother me too much.

This is a 24/7 branch, in a central and busy location, but it's always short staffed, and it reflects on the staff attitude, food quality, and the cleanness of the place.Can't understand the greed of the management!

Very friendly staff, efficient though no where to sit on ground floor, there's a lift or stairs to take you to seated area. Exceptionally clean and sanitary, recycling bins for your various products, depending on the time it was very quiet. Toilets available, can't thank lady who helped me enough

Ordered 4 cheeseburgers , 6 apple pie , 1 cheese garlic bites, 4 French fries, a box of 20 chicken nuggets.. there's no beef burger on 2 of the cheese burger, just bread and cheese, there's no tomato sauce that we comes with it, there's no 4x sweet curry sauce that we asked for for the nuggets. The staff are doing their job properly.. very disappointed..

Ordered takeaway as of course can't go out. Very nicely packed and of course we had McD after long do enjoyed it.

Same as every McDonald's in UK... No gluten free bread for burgers. Even when we were in the EU they never embraced Europe's approach, so not confident of anything changing now! I only ever visit these days if absolutely no other option and desperate. Not enjoyable eating a Big Mac or Double Cheeseburger from a tray with plastic cutlery. And then it's always cold! Even though I'd only walked upstairs with my food, I had to exchange it for what was only *slightly* warmer... (strange when it's always supposed to be freshly cooked?) My photo shows my fries on top of the beef burgers trying to keep some of the heat in! Haha! Only thing I'd rate high is their coffee but Google doesn't give individual score options. Hoping McDonald's UK will rethink their policy on GF then I might be a regular customer again after 8 years, and be able to use them as a proper excuse for my weight gains!

All the staff (regardless of role) are very polite and friendly. Food and drink is often ready without too much of a wait. There's a decent amount of seating upstairs and a reasonable amount downstairs with a disabled toilet downstairs and a toilet block upstairs. It's usually kept very clean and tidy. It's also usually the quietest of the McDonald's in the area.

Not a comment on the food itself, as it's obviously a McDonalds, and everyone knows what you're going to get here.My negative review is based on the fact that I ordered the new Jamaican Chicken burger, and what I actually got was some kind of beef burger in the Jamaican Chicken box.I was hungry and on auto pilot, and pretty much ate the whole thing before realising! So I couldn't exactly take the burger back at this stage. But still, not good. What if I had allergies to beef or something?Luckily I'd already taken a picture of the burger before eating to send to the wife (ironically to show her I was eating the new Jamaican Chicken burger), so I have pictorial proof!I did also blag two BBQ sauces to take home for tea tonight, so technically I suppose we can call this a score draw.
