Worst service I've experienced for years. Our main courses arrived before the starters. Pointed this out to out waitress who left everything as it was on the table and simply carried on. Blamed it on their printer.Had to tell the staff twice more there were dishes missing, having decided to just get on with the food on our table. Final starter arrived just as we were finishing.Raised the matter with the waiting staff (when they weren't busy on their phones) but they failed to appreciate their errors (blamed their foreign kitchen staff, who didn't know the difference between appetizers and mains). Was shocked when the full bill arrived for a ruined meal. Asked if the restaurant thought this was appropriate, and was offered a discount that was actually insulting (via text from the missing manager)...and then, a further discount that didn't even cover the cost of one of the "appetizers".Suggest the manager shuts the place down for a staff training day, rather than leave clueless teenagers to run the restaurant.

A real shame. Nicely styled restaurant, with an interesting menu, on table hot plates, and a few tweaks would make it so much better. Staff seemed very disorganised and there was little communication. No one mentioned it was cash only when we arrived ( there is a hand written sign, but we both missed it). One of our starters only arrived when we were nearly finished with our main course- no explanation, and when we asked they just said they were busy. We had to ask for the bill twice. We had meat and seafood to grill at the table. Although we said we had never been to the restaurant before, staff turned on the grill and left the food without any information giving. Although not exactly rocket science, a few simple instructions to help with ordering/cooking would have made sense. The food we had had no seasoning or sauce, and therefore was bland.

My girlfriend and I came here on Valentine’s Day. We ordered our drinks and they took half an hour to arrive. They also messed up the drink orders and we had to wait a further 45 minutes for our food to arrive, where it came cold. The udon noodles came cold and flavourless, and my girlfriend spent £34 on a hot pot where the ‘meat’ seemed to be cheap spam, and lacked flavour. The squid was not chewable and rubbery. We had to complain to 3 different members of staff in order for them to actually do anything, where they just offered free drinks. We eventually got just 10% off the meal. I would not recommend coming to this restaurant due to the awful service and food.

I've never left a bad review before but this food really was terrible. Ordered takeaway for four people and every dish was dry, tough, tasteless and the chicken was like battered leather covered in ketchup. Never been so disappointed with a takeaway before.

It was a lovely dinner experience. We’ve ordered some marinated spicy chicken and some beef marinated in soy sauce (£9 each). We have chosen two bowls of steak rice, the spinach and the kimchi to go with our barbecue. It was so tasty! For starter we have had the delicious crispy chicken gyoza (£5.50). I love my gyozas crispy so to me, it was perfection.Because it was our first time at the restaurant, the manager was nice enough to explain us how it works, which was very professional and friendly of him.I will definitely go back !Oh and yes, the prices are reasonable for the quality of food you’ve got.

Beautiful food, good atmosphere. Cash only but that was no issue for us as there is a cashpoint very close.

Lovely ambiance that gets busy in the evening. The menu contains a great selection of classic korean dishes which tastes comforting. However, service was slow. Despite the staff being polite, they just seemed inexperienced and confused. We were seated as soon as we got in but it took a while to get the menu and to be served water which they forgot we asked for. Though we tried to double check our order, it was a little bit challenging due to a language barrier. This resulted to a mix up and getting some dishes wrong. We brought this to their attention but waited over 30mins for our original order.Overall, food is amazing but service isn’t great.

I love the food here, very tasty and I don't like the services . The staffs always untrained l, unexperienced and don't prepare very well even they are polite . Need to do upgrade the services and staff training.

Love the food and the ambience of the place. Really enjoyed this mini feast. Would love to have some ramyeon and other noodles though but overall, a great bbq place!
