Mr. Wang in Nottingham

Soup nice and hot , and lovely seaweed as always but disappointed with special chow mein...To.my understanding special cho mein should be a selection of meats but mine only had a few small pieces of chicken. Was really looking forward to some prawns or shrimp otherwise would have selected something else on the menu. Don't know what's happened but they used to be a fantastic takeaway bit recently gone downhill

The worst Chinese food I have had. The Chicken balls were not cooked and the batter was still raw with a weird color! The sweet and sour sauce had a strange vinegar taste to it. The chips were awful, undercooked and soft. Chow mein had no flavor at all with tiny strips of chicken. Rice was okay, not very hot. The chicken with Mushroom was the only nice dish and the only thing that got ate! Will not be ordering again.

Worse Chinese ever ! Do not go to Jade Garden Very Tasteless food sloppy soggy dry & greasy just plain nasty 🤢 never in my life have I have food in this poor quality before - this shop needs closing down bring me wang back .

Food is greasy and portions are measly. Card machine out of order and only told once we'd arrived to collect. Jade Garden is a stain on the previous great quality of Mr Wang's

Consistently good food. Everytime. And the deliver take like 15 mins from phone to door. Don’t even know how that’s possable. But if they aren’t to busy. That’s usual. 10 star. I don’t mind waiting but it’s just so fast it’s unreal. Properly cooked to perfection A class. Highfield

My favourite Chinese take away. I'm a Vegetarian and they have some nice food I can eat. I visit there at least once a week. They are extremely quick cooks. My dog loves Egg fried rice and they have a convenient lamppost outside I can tie him to.

Sold Chinese food. Maybe not the best but certainly not the worst. Special fried rice with sweet and sour Hong Kong style chicken went down very well indeed. Good friendly place but then again aren't most places that want your money friendly. Just always remember this as my advice to you.

Have to say I'm finding it hard to find a decent Chinese takeaway in Nottingham lately.Price for what I ordered seemed very good but I would've rather pay more for better quality.First impression is always key. Had I not already paid I would've sent it back. A delivery driver with a hot bag or what looked like a asda freezer bag isn't a good first impression when normal just eat delivery drivers have a just eat bag. Something to keep your food hot. Not Luke warm like I have.The packaging you use to keep your food in isn't any good either the prawn toast and ribs melted the trays.The prawn toast is dry not much flavour .The ribs salt chilli and garlic well I can taste salt and burnt ribs.Chips burnt and soggyPork balls ok not greatSweet and sour sauce cold.The only thing that's fine with the meal is the prawn crackers.Crispy seaweed please it tastes a million times better if u use brown sugar on top not normal granulated sugar.If I wasnt so hungry I'd be sending it back. Has to be worst food I've ever eaten. How you got 5 stars I'll never know.I'd save your money dont order from her. It's a big let down.

Mr Wang is a great friend of mine. His food is full of flavour and has a great selection. I'd recommend you try the nasi box with rice! And salt & chilli chips!!
