made us wait for a table even though there were at least 3 in sight at the front (not even including the back). food did not come as described, on the website the wrap looks like a full wrap but in fact it is a bite size version. we asked to send the wrap back (the waiter agreed it looked smaller than usual) but the kitchen sent it back to the table insisting that it was the right size. additionally, a larger group of people walked in after us and were given a table immediately, while we were left to wait outside in the cold for 15 mins (we aren't allowed to wait for a table inside). overall the food was good but the service was not as amazing as i hoped it to be.

I came to the restaurant last Saturday and had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was incredible. Our waiter Alfie was so attentive to all of our needs and made the experience overall amazing. The restaurant was very busy but this did not stop the staff going the extra mile to give us an enjoyable experience and the sense that we should come back again and again. Well done Nando's in Market Square, will be coming back again very soon!

Rude manager who basically told us we were wasting waiters time by ordering at the till because the app didn’t work on our phones. She told us that by ordering on the till we were taking waiters away from the floor (even though it was very quiet). After this we watched multiple customers go up and order at the till while she sat and watched.

Nice food the bill was wrong ,but the staff obliged no problem !

Friendly and helpful staff. Good COVID measures in place. I tried the festive orange sauce with my chicken and it was yummy. Garlic bread was tasty. Definitely worth a visit.

Terrible, terrible, terrible online ordering service. This has been the second time where their online system crashes! They’ve literally took the money out of my account, but then the system crashed. No confirmation of order through email, nothing. Plus, when you ring up to enquire, staff are not helpful and are actually rude. Won’t be ordering online from Nandos again, especially this store as this is where the errors happen and they don’t help to put it right.

Very friendly staff who explained the restaurant has changed to table service. Ordering food is easier than ever as there are no more queues. The food is great like always.

Fantastic system in place for getting in via the scanning of a QR code... even if it lets the people that are behind you in first (even though both of us were parties of 2 and like I said we scanned the QR code first!)Food is what it is, expensive for what it actually is but nonetheless edible and plenty of it & the real thing is being able to mix and match menu items to create the ultimate dish.The ordering system is absolutely brilliant and didn’t have too long to wait for it to come.Bottomless soft drinks nice idea in theory but hard to grab any of the busy staff’s attention to get them to refill so a bottomless soft drink that is actually bottomless.Staff disinterested and too busy, dropping things as they were rushed off their feet. One girl with blue hair could to with a smiley course or perhaps finding a job that she’s more suited to, because service isn’t her area of expertise. There’s no point of having a face mask system if she, the front of house staff member, stands there with the mask below her nose!Overall a pleasant experience but nothing overwhelming for the price paid.

We were seated immediately after we entered the restaurant. Order must be placed at the counter and you pay upfront. We ordered one quarter of chicken breast with French fries which was served quickly. There was a wide range of sauces to select from and we were pleased with our choice. Overall it is a great value-to-price experience.
