Nando's - Nottingham Showcase in Nottingham

You know what you're getting with Nando's, and I got what I expected. I had a salad, and it was fine. I do like the lemon and herb dressing.I like the way that each person at a table can order and pay individually via the QR code at the table. This saves time and fuss splitting bills.Service was quick. I'm a fan of the ice/ water dispenser which is free.

We tried to go there when the lockdown was easing last year but it was too busy and never went, but two weeks a go we went there and staff, place and food were lovely. Especially thanks to (Paige) she was awesome and very helpful always alert to our needs.

Big Seats, good pricing. You can move them into a full lazy-boy style position with the buttons. Arms are wide so you're not sat too close to people. Ben & Jerry's has been swapped out, but it's still good (Try the mango sorbet)

Chicken well cooked and succulent. We were placed and served quickly. It was busy and hence a bit noisy but great staff.

I went to the Nando's showcase in Nottingham today with my friend at 4pm. Great service by Paul at the checkout area who recommended the peri peri chips for me and had a really positive energy and vibe. All the staff was friendly and we really enjoyed the service and the ambience. Thank you to the team.

Just want to say what excellent service me & my family got from Nando’s near showcase as the manager welcomed us in and seated us with good customer service and then we were looked after by Paul brilliant customer service till the end of our meal 👍Thankyou

Food was amazing at this Nando’s. Wasn’t a long wait on food either came in reasonable time, the chicken was cooked to perfection. Thank you to the manager Paul on shift today who served me and made sure me and family had everything we needed while we was there. Amazing work guys

By far the worst Nando’s I’ve been too, the food is needy always comes out dry as if it’s been sitting on the hot plate for some time or they are giving out food that has been sent back. 70% off the time the order comes out wrong or someone else’s food comes to your table. The staff act like it is a social event! They stand around talking, they have a table in the restaurant that they sit at and eat where fellow coworkers will stand around and talk to them while on there break (not something the public want to see when coming for a meal) they drink on the restaurant floor and rest drinks on the ledge of tables where people are eating! I’m not sure what kind of management is going on here but it needs a drastic change. I’ve spoke to a few people about this and they say the same thing…. The staff are quite rude and management does not address this if anything they are too. (Not all staff as there is about 3 that are really nice and polite) I’ll stick to the Nando’s at Netherfield retail park as much more welcoming and food is fresh. They also teach their staff manners and great customer service. I will not be going back to such a dull, bad energy environment!!

Lovely service and tasty hot chicken. Chips were lovely and crisp, not oily at all. And the spices and sauce topped it off nicely.

Perfect nandos...Best nandos meal I've had in a long time, well worth the 40min wait for a table of 5.Chicken was cooked PERFECT, fluffy mash, sweet corn on the cob and an excellent potion of chips.Service inside was very nice and quick too.
