Do not order from this takeaway.Poorly managed, poor customer service, poor food. 1 star for the driver being courteous and well mannered.-Ordered takeaway using their website at 7pm-received email stating order would be with us by 8.40pm-called them at 9pm and was told order was being completed and driver will be leaving within minutes,-called again at 9.40pm and they said delivery was out,-finally got food at 9.55pm-Food was cold and at best Luke warm.-Was told I would receive a call from manager-never received so called in to complain-was no one of authority was working but message will be passed on-no one called-called to complain again, they did not apologise but said they would offer us £8 off our next order-told them to keep their £8 and we will never order again

Awful service, booked Monday evening at 7.51 which was due at 9.01. (70 minutes)When I called at 9.11 I was told it hadn’t even left the store and the woman seemed very uninterested that I was still waiting on food 1 hour and 20 minutes after ordering to be told it hadnt even left the store. It was due for delivery 10 mins prior and still hadn’t even left the store which I found very frustratingI appreciate it may have been busy but I was rather annoyed that I was still waiting 10 mins after my expected delivery time to find out it was going to be an even longer waitFood eventually arrived at 9.38 waited just under 2 hours in totalThe only apology I got was from the delivery driver when he just goes where he’s toldVery disappointed and will be a while before ordering againEmailed asking for a response on Monday evening and still waiting now, nothingIf no stars was a thing that would definitely what I would’ve give

Not eaten chinese takeout in a really long time so decided to have a delishious treat. Did not disappoint. Fresh and hot. Driver extremely friendly.. Best takeaway in a long time.

We have a little tradition of a Chinese on New Years Eve for the last few years. oriental chef have never let us down, food has always been on time and hot.

Orders 90 minutes prior and still no delivery, called and told another 20 minute wait. Drove to the shop to be told driver had left already, but by the time I got home, still not turned up.

Definitely the best Chinese takeaway around! The food is always tasty and fresh with a wide range of dishes to choose from. The takeaway itself is very clean looking and you can see the chefs cooking the food, which is always a bonus! Highly recommended.

Absolutely wonderful food, can’t fault it at all, but the customer service and delivery times are just ridiculous! Don’t order unless you want to wait 2hrs with no apologies, reason or updates!

Tried for the first time tonight, chicken balls are beautiful, satay sauce is delicious! Generous portion sizes and well priced. Enjoyed everything, was hot and fresh and the lady who served me was very nice. Will definitely be back for my next Chinese! Thank you

Didn't enjoy eating here as much as I normally do when ordering this type of food. I normally have szechuan chicken which I have eaten for 20 plus years, mainly from 2 restaurant's but have ordered it from plenty others too. This tasted completely different from normal as it tends to be a sweet sauce but this wasn't and had veg in I didn't expect. I didn't like this dish from here, I know different regions can have different styles but this tasted nothing like normal or even looked the same, the only thing the same was the chcicken! Next was the beef chow main the noodles where great but it had a taste i couldn't work out what it was but I didn't really like that. The beef in the dish looked like it had been boiled and never seen a wok but i could at least eat the noodles! The egg fried rice looked and tasted like boiled rice, if you looked close you could see tiny bits off egg, my mum couldn't see any bits they was so small, I think someone added boiled rice to the egg rice. Chicken balls and the chips where tasty and its a good job as that's what I ate, mum didn't enjoy her other dish either. when you spend 25 ish between 2 people and mainly eat chips and chicken balls it has given me no reason whatsoever to try this place again.

TERRIBLE PORTION SIZE its so small especially the cheesecake it half of one slice for 4:30. However i highly recommend the chilli chicken and chilli chips.
