Pancho's Fish Bar in Nottingham

A friendly and reliable takeaway serving generous portions of good stuff. I usually get a kebab but I also rate their fish & chips.

Having been a customer of panchos over 3 years also the other 5 tenants order frequently from Panchos Mansfield road Nottingham. We had a delivery Sunday night and was not the usual standard we expected. The fish was non crispy batter (soggy) the chips was old ...and to top it of the large peas was not delivered!PANCHOS HAS JUST LOST 6 CUSTOMERS.. TRIED TO RING FOR REFUND BUT THEY WERE CLOSED.

Had a lamb shish kebab. Was cold and soggy when arrived. The lamb was about 5 small chunks and chewy. Probably the worst I've ever had.

Fish and chips were amazing, although I had them delivered and it didn’t come with salt and vinegar on them, and I had no vinegar in so was quite disappointed. The just eat menu didn’t even give me the option to add it.

If I could have gave minus stars I would have. The delivery took over a hour to arrive. When I rang the shop I was told it would take upto 1 hour and 50 minutes for the delivery to come. The chips were soggy and tasted revolting. The fish was undercooked and slimy. The pot of peas split as it was being taken out the bag.The delivery guy had to come from Derby to deliver it. When he turned up his hands were filthy and covered in black dirt.Would not buy from here again and wouldn't recommend them either.

Haven't tried their pizza or sausages but everything else is so good here. Their fish and chips are seaside quality, chicken both fried and roast are really nice. Kebabs are one of the best in the area. Thank you Pancho.
