Pizza Hut in Nottingham

atmosphere is fun service was good the food was good onlything it is really expensive.

Appalling service. We were a party of 4, including a 3-year-old, and were told that we weren't able to sit in one of the booths as those were reserved for larger parties. We were then put in a corner of the room under an air conditioning unit that left us all so cold that we needed to keep our coats on throughout. That isn't something I've ever had to do before because I don't generally get very cold! Anyway, within minutes a group of 3 were then placed exactly where we had enquired about sitting when we came in. In all, Pizza Hut is what it is. Perhaps a little overpriced for its offering, but the feeling I got from my own experience, and from looking around whilst there, was that the staff are generally just disinterested in customers or their experience. I certainly won't be going back.

Walked in to be informed by the staff they were really behind on orders and getting tables ready and it would be half an hour before we would have a table. Then once we sat down, we were told our food may also take over half an hour. To be honest for most people this would be a bad experience, but I honestly appreciated the upfront honestyFood was as expected. Service had been a lot better than I experienced in the past. We were taken care of by the young lady and gentleman, didn’t get a chance to thank them, hope the manager passed on my regards

Great food, cooked fresh and hot. Staff was super friendly and helped save us money on our order and gave great recommendations. Definitely coming back again, keep it up!

weekday Buffet is back. Remember it is not the same price for the weekend buffet lot more expensive during weekend. but it is worth the money as the pizzas are well made. salad bar is maintained well and dont forget to eat some pasta, it is yummy

Asked for extra cheese on a margarita..... came with no cheese... baked it again after explaining, attitude,rude staff. 2nd pizza no sauce. Minimal cheese. How had can it be... 3rd pizza 1 hour and 35 min from 1st entering the building. Still no pizza. 2 hours later wrong again. Gave up. Went to domino's instead

Tables far too close together. No social distancing whatsoever and busy restaurant. Salad and buffet had no covering which would stop people coughing or sneezing on them. We were told someone would be round to take our order and 20 min later no-one had turned up and no-one in sight. Ended up ordering on line which was fine but slower than someone taking the order by the time all the details had been inputted. Menu greatly reduced and pizza not fully cooked but as we were group table couldn't be bothered ordering again and holding everyone else at the table up while they waited for our pizza to be cooked.

Went inside for take away. Staff nice, but pizza was full of tomato sauce, completely not adible, my children couldn't eat it, either me and my husband. Usually buy from domino's, cheaper and much better. Wouldn't buy again, waste of money, very disappointed.

Enjoyed our GOAT and Supreme pizzas. Had a very long wait for our dessert though (over half an hour), when the restaurant was not busy. Unlimited free salad is always a bonus. The cookie dough sharer was nice, we had the white chocolate & caramel and cookies & creme to share

Really lovely friendly staff and the pizza was cooked perfectly. It was a but, busy in our visit as we went at the end of the buffet time, but the service was fast and we got a food piping hot.The restaurant has a couple of wide disabled parking spots and the restaurant is on the ground floor so it easy access to their facilities.
